The Capitol's forces, ordered by Presedent Snow, have arrived on District 14 the island of Altis to establish a new stronghold to fight against the uprising on the island.
When the Peacekeepers marched onto the beaches of Kavala and attempted to establish a FOB on the castle along Kavala shore the Governments police force thought against the scout force destroying the vehicles and weapons rendering them useless, this act against the Capitol's Peacekeepers has forced an their hand to wage a temporary attack against the Altis Government to demonstrate the forces they are to deal with.
The Peacekeeper movement shall spread far and wide across the island over the next couple of days to demonstrate what the island is now faced against.

Civilians of District 14, now is the time to REVOLT against the Altis Goverment who have kept you working mindlessly under their dark shadow for many years, take up arms destroy any rebel life that supports the government in their cause, the main target for the Revolt is against a group that name themselves as AEGIS, find the leader and bring this man to justice.
