What best describes this incident: Common sense
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Grove pushed the arcade and they used a concrete barrier to block us from running in on the stairs which caused mutiple people to lose vision and be blocked. I believe that this is a rule break as it was placed there to gain an advantage which we all know is not aloud due to how buggy it can be.

Called Cutlass to QE multiple time but no persons came.

Also another note. During this incident we allowed 4-5 Cuutlass hangabouts to leave the Arcade before the fight as agreed by staff so they dont get involved. They then proceeded to came behind us and tried to kill us when we was leaving the arcade which again they should not be doing as this was agreed between staff and leads.

All people in the below clip are hangarounds and should not be involved at all.

This is getting a joke with the constent disregard for the rules and even mutiple chats between leads and staff and people are still breaking the rules.

All these people have been given mutiple warnings before.

Good afternoon Ramsay After I left the Arcade I went on Otto's roof top just to spectate the fight and then Juan Pablo and Jax came up to me and said to leave the area I said okay I will leave and then they followed me and kept saying "Good Boy Davies" so I said to myself I will not let that slide and also one of yous shot one of our Hang arounds.

The reason the hangaround gotr shot is because he was standing outside the arcade door with a gun. He put himself in that situation which is not allowed. Also him getting shot does not mean you can get involved...
 
Hello Ramsey and Staff. I want to start off by saying yes Ramsey did tell us to leave the arcade at the beginning of the Push and we did. Later on we went up on to the bridge to spectate the fight and we was told to leave, i don't understand why us being on the bridge is a problem as there were many others on the bridge and you told us to leave, like you said we are not part of Cutlass at the moment so can be there to watch the fight just like any other person, also anyone there can give comms does not specifically have to be me and Leyton or any of the "hangabouts" anyone in roleplay can think of helping Cutlass and comm what's going on.

While we was being told to leave on the bridge, James was telling me they called him a "gimp" so we was not gonna let that slide, also after this James was near the arcade and got shot.

This is why you leave you was on the radio with them and can give coms which is still helping which is not allowed. You guys need to learn that skurting the rules is not on. You continue to try and gain an advantage in a situation that does not involve you. I will let staff decided as I am fed up with making reports and talking to staff about this as it just keeps happening.

By what your saying here, was your members not being picked up by another gang member? This is helping aswell.

I was leaving the area until the 2 grove members came up to me and made comments that weren't needed so I'm gonna be honest this isn't my fault but your members that chat to much

So why did you wait until Cutlass lost the fight to do somthing? Sounds like a shit excuse to set up and start shooting. As I have said leave it for staff as this is poor from you again and again.

How is this Poor RP ?? you expect me to take the insults not a chance mate. Btw we did not lose the fight because there was still 1 cutlass Alive so the situation was still ongoing.

Even worse then youu got involved in an ongoing situation... Which ever way you put it the chat we had with staff rules have been made clear. We was to let you leave the area and you should have. You then decided to stay around and put yourself in a position to get involved again, Which is a clear breach of the rules. You can play the grey area all you want but staff made it clear and you are continuing to break the rules.

Like I said in my previous reply I was Leaving the Area until the 2 grove members came up to me and kept chatting shit towards me. I don't know what your expecting Ramsay it's your members Fault.

Did they force you to fight? Did they point a gun at you? No you decided to get involved and stay around. Take responsibility for your own actions buddy.

It doesn't matter ramsay your members having a big mouth isn't my problem i don't know what your expecting just take the shit talk and walk away not a chance my friend. I'm gonna leave it to staff since you cant understand my POV.
