Staff can confirm, I tried every single option to try and get this sorted before going to reports. And we even had a meeting with staff and youu said you unuderstood then the next day people breaking rules again.

I am not replying anymore I have said all i need to say let staff have a look and stop clogging up the report with stuff that is not part of this report.
 
Do you have a clip to show that someone shot at him??? Since we have to have all these clips I think it's only fair that he shows his point is well to why he got involved.

Simple requests were made from staff, and the whole report has devolved into an argument.

I’ll address this later. Do not open tickets to continue your rants with staff.
 
Right, Time to sift through this absolute shit show and set the record straight.

Ali Hassan was involved and has been unable to prove how he became involved. He also died in the same situation twice. As such would be receiving a ban, but is already serving a permanent ban.

Thiago Cruz has shot 3 non F6 hangarounds, no grove or cutlass. With the clips provided, I deem him not involved either.

Leyton Davies is on radio with Cutlass, but the clip provided doesn't show him providing comms for the active situation. So no punishment will be handed out.

Hunter Justin is giving information to someone, but the clip doesn't provide enough context as to who. No punishments handed out.

Dennis Hunter is refusing to leave the situation after claiming to be shot. The clip provided doesn't show him actively involved, nor was he able to provide a clip to show him being brought into the conflict. No punishments.

The Barrier placement did in this case cause some issues with vision, but I see no indication that it was placed there with that intent. I will however caution Cutlass in the use of props to fully block entrances. Use them to slow progress by all means.

You may all believe you have avoided the axe on this report, but this will be the final time that I explain this situation to anyone involved. My next step is to issue permanent bans to people that do not listen.
A NON F6 HANGAROUND, can be on turf with their gang, that's their time to bond and gain a rapport to get into the gang. When 2 gangs are in conflict, the NON F6 HANGAROUNDS are to leave the area. They are categorically not a part of the gang and as such are not involved.

If they are forced into the fight, by means of threats against them, being shot at or similar circumstances, then they can get involved from that point.

NON F6 HANGAROUNDS are to act defensively when gang conflicts erupt around them, meaning they can defend themselves or potentially get involved in the gang fight (I strongly advise clipping situations where you are dragged into these fights).

Their main goal should be self preservation as they are not in the gang. They are NEVER to act offensively. They cannot be involved in gangs "pushing" other gangs or similar situations.

NON F6 HANGAROUNDS are not there to bolster numbers and defend turfs. By using NON F6 HANGAROUNDS in this way, you can effectively bypass the 25 player gang cap, or bypass the no recruiting rules for gangs during war, and that will land you on chopping block.

There is no issue with sharing a gang frequency when you are hanging around or chilling with them, BUT when there is an ongoing fight, NON F6 HANGAROUNDS are NOT to provide comms, this is teaming and will be punished.

Finally, James, to bring into question my integrity and claim that I am favouring Grove in this report is both laughable and insulting. I would advise caution in the future, as comments like that can land you in hot water.
