just want mention that were chilling at the arcade then we grove came , ramsay asked the hangarounds to leave and we respected it and we have left as you can see from the mara's pov ramsay sent i was all the time on the bridge and then when they shot james which unfortunately he doesn't have space on his pc to clip it , thats the moment when we went down to carry him to pillbox and revenge from whoever grove member (you can see the logs ) who downed him and as i stated before we haven't really shot anyone and we were leaving but we got downed by a non grove member (which you can also see who it was ) ,at the end thank you for your time and your effort.

I cant recall exactly calling james a gimp, however he initiated a conversation with me which lasted approximately 15 seconds. He then waited over 30 minutes to 'get his revenge'. Not on me though, conveniently the last grove alive in the arcade. Which he had to push inside to interact with.

well i can put it back in your memory juan all the hangabouts got told to leave the arcade while we were leaving all of grove that was at the stairs in the arcade talked shit we all walked out you were dressed up at ramsey you said "whos this" and i responded with "its james" and you said "aww its james the gimp" and then we went up to the highway and got told to leave by lewie which is weird cause all the mara was up there and they didnt get told to leave wonder why cause they were giving you coms and ballas was was right across the road at ottos and they didnt get told to leave which is weird i dont have a clip of you calling me a gimp because my medal is not working rn its too full of clips but you know you said it you just cant own up to it but its all good juan

I am not denying I called you it james, i just cant recall. Its likely my character would say that yes but that isnt the point here. The point is you didnt take action then or later or today or next week, you conviniently entered an active gun fight between cutlass and grove. if you were so upset and not going to let it go why did you not act straight away? we all know why.
You waited 30 mins to act on it and pushed into an active gunfight.
Anyways thats all i have to add.

look things kicked off fast, and honestly, we felt kinda forced to act. Ramsay and Juan both told me to leave, which straight-up felt like tension was brewing. Then on top of that, you called me a "gimp," which felt like you were just trying to provoke something at that point, I figured if we just walked away completely, we'd probably get targeted later and end up getting killed off.i didn’t react right away because i was outnumbered had to prioritize valuing my life in that moment yeah, I know people are saying Cutlass hangarounds were told to leave, but the whole situation was a mess it wasn’t exactly clear what was happening, and honestly with all the back-and-forth and threats flying around i thought stepping in was justified due to me fearing i would get caught afterwards when i am on my ownI wasn’t sitting there thinking, "Oh, better clip this in case someone reports it." I was focused on roleplaying the situation, plus my PC’s pretty full, so Medal wasn’t even working properly at the timeC Date not everything has to be proven with clips. Just because Grove has footage that works in their favor doesn’t mean what we’re saying isn’t true. I’m more than happy to admit if I’ve made a mistake, but it feels a bit unfair to assume we're lying just because we don’t have clips. In my case, my PC’s storage was full I can even prove that if needed but honestly, this isn’t supposed to be about who’s reporting who we’re here to enjoy the RP and the interactions that come with it in the past, being on turf during a gang push was never really an issue, but now suddenly it’s a problem? It just feels inconsistent, like it depends more on which staff member is handling it I'd really appreciate it if maybe a staff lead or someone else could take a fresh look at this someone who won’t just overlook certain clips or favor one side.
Also getting banned for such a thing or even getting a warning is in my opinion destroying the roleplay experience for hangarounds, i have been in city for years and i only known it as that as hangaround you can defend turf because thats the whole point of being a hangaround and showing that you are worth it to join the Gang and showing Ali G and Aaron defended Grove gardens and no one said anything and now it is a problem?

The point still stands! you got involved in the Cutlass and Grove war fight and that is not allowed. That is the point wer are making. You couuld have waited to get your revenge or done it instantly when getting called a "GIMP" but you waited 30 mins till Cutlass lost the fight then got involved. Also you say its one sided evidence but your guys had a chance to clip it. I also asked mutiple times in OOC for Cutlass and hangaround to come QE so you knew I wanted to talk. Its not juust Gorve that have noticed this rule breaks as you can see other gangs have porvided POV's to this as well.

If you would like to put a seperate report go ahead. Stop clogging this with other non relevant stuff. Also FYI Gibbo is not in the azteca F6 and his teiago character has strong links to Grove. Nope, You need to understand that gibbo was watching when someone got mouthy and he reacted to them but killing them. (Instantly as he should in RP) He then got shot at by I think it was huunter so he then got involved. Difference is he had RP reasons behind his actions. Yours have done it 5 times now for no reason. Also where are you clips when staff asked? got somthing to hide? Dont call me a hypocrit when youu cant control your own gang buddy.

He is not in the F6 he should not be fighting while yous are pushing. You made this clear at the start of the war because us with hangarounds was dominating you so you kicked up a fuss. Now you can use it to your advantage your now using it as it's not a problem.

Just to be clear he was not with us pushing at all. He was watching when yours went to him and chatted shit about Grove so he reacted. Totally different to what is happening here. This is clearly an attempt to try and get the light off of your gang. Rules are rules try sticking to them..

No I think this is all ridiculous and your moaning about something your doing is well now. There are people here from grove saying you use to do the same stuff with your hangabouts. It's a joke that people getting fed up fighting on here more then they are in game because every fight you lose there's a ridiculous report up on someone.
