+1 the Marksman should get an ammo change to make it more in line with the calibre it shoots

no we can't, the "juggernaut" suit that you are mentioning is most likely the IED suit the CSI runs around with, it doesn't give any added benefits, and i believe one of the "negatives" for him when he uses it, is that he needs to use a slower walk than normal

If a marksman is to be changed it should either be the ammo

think most people would be fine with it just getting to use a different ammo

They might need to be authorized but they sure do get authorized a lot from what i've seen.

that's merely due to how the server spins atm, when/if the gunfights calm down more there will be more restrictions

Change the ammo to sniper ammo. nerf helmet armour to 2 shots to the head before death and I think both parties have a fair compromise from this
