I thought a fun light hearted individual bank job would give the officers a change from the normal gun fight. Was only after a few bars but was just knocked out and eventually sent to prison. They did not even show willing to RP with me, just long moments of silence, I presume because they were on there radios and then they finished it off by saying they were sleeping with my mother.

I'm fairly certain this doesn't apply to the police force as a whole, there as some bad apples, but RP does pay off well. i Would suggest talking to an higher up about this matter. Beacuse if you truly did RP well, then sending you to jail is a bit much.

Telling me to leave when all I wanted to do was carry on the RP because 'I THOUGHT' police would prefer RP to a shootout. But I was wrong. 

And no it does not apply to the whole force.

File a complaint then, i am quite sure you are not allowed to be leading a bank OP as a PC, SPC and above are the only who can do it.

Better post my side of the story.

I was the first on scene, and I asked in TS if I should move in to negotiate, and I was told it was fine. I moved in to talk to you, was roleplaying it out, listening to your story. I let the higher ranked cops know of this, and apparently you've been doing the same "The mayor needs money for his car" story several times over the past week. As I was talking to you, asking you to leave the bank since i was told by the other officers not to give you anything. Right after this, you start lockingpicking another door right infront of us, and sea lion knocks you out, and then someone else restrains you. I was giving you PLENTY of chance to get out of this without being restrained, I even unrestrained you after one of the other cops was going to just escort you out. I said that you should take your truck, and leave. You kept running around, completely ignoring what we were telling you. At the end, you just ran off, and we started leaving again. Right before we left, you ran back to the door and started lockpicking it AGAIN, so I arrested you because it was finally too much to handle, after about 10 warnings...

On our way back to the station, you start talking about stuff like "You seem a bit grumpy, do you not get a lot of sex at home", etc.

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but you have made several complaints about me, after being arrested etc. I don't see our relationship as "friends who joke with eachother" and therefore I find that comment offensive.

Can back up Zippo's story. You had every chance to get out without even a fine. You chose to start lock-picking the door in front of us again, so that's a fair arrest in my eyes.

I don,t know which 'higher up' told you I have been doing it all week because I have not been on all week. I only used that once which was last weekend with @SGT Ross and I had no blasting charge. 

You turned up asked me what i was doing and went silent and then asked me to leave as the Mayor did not give me permission to come here for his money. The only reason I came back was because I had had so little RP up to this point I was annoyed. I kept telling the officer on the road I wanted to go back and get my truck and was shot at. 

I did not mention any names in this screenshot for a reason. Also yes I did ask if you were getting any at home because again, not one word was said to me in the car from the treasury to Kavala and I wanted to know why you were so quiet and always seemed angry. Turning around and saying something along the lines of 'Yes, I am getting some, from your mum' is not very professional but I see you left that part out.

I'm not arguing the point of being arrested, I'm just annoyed with the minimal RP leading up to the arrest and then saying I have been using this excuse 'All week' when I have not been on is the problem. As I said I used it once before(The first time using that reason to do the bank) with Ross and I did not get any gold due to 'the mayor' not giving me any blasting charges. It did however turn into a 2 hour long RP session where I became a science experiment for the police and I'm sorry if I wanted to RP some more.
