just Tested this on the live server and i cant reproduce this so im going to me moving this to rejected

Just tested this my self on the live server and for me it just spawns in the parking area so im going to be rejecting this report 

One way to not get spamed is to just turn the phone option in the F6 menu off on all the ranks in the gang

When this happens next time could you crab a screen shot from the F8 console so we can see if there are any errors that may cause the issue
