Orange Trees not Spawn

I was picking oranges today, After gathering around 320 Oranges the Trees stop spawning in completely. 
Pictures Just show an empty orange field

Is this still a issue now the orange field has moved @SI Greenhalgh?

I tried to pick oranges but i do not seem to be gathering any. I have been told by someone that they gathered around 2000 without any issues and i saw some tree spawn. 
I do not know if they not giving out any fruit is intended or not.
