Brief Summary: As of now it barely works and is just annoying. There is no way to exclude people who have paid tax so Local Crew will spam you whenever it is enabled.
Detailed Suggestion: I have no idea why but it only turns on for some restarts and atleast a couple times a month at the max. It is handy to know that people are selling on your turf, so a improvemt would be nice.
For example, make it possible to use your eye on someone on turf to exclude them from Local Crew so we dont get spammed by messages of people who have already paid, or add them to some kind of app.
And also a few other messages or information as the messages get a bit repetitive....
The Pros: Easier for gangs to sort taxing on people, less spam.
The Cons: Dev work
