But you can say that with everything, tower lagging up a tower I can say “I fucking put butter on the stairs and it makes me slide”If you RP "I'm slashing your tires" surely it would not be any issue, but that simply didn't happen.
It's been enforced like this since 2017.
But we will visit it this coming rules meeting

The blackmarket next to church down in the redzones has a spawn point and full access to advanced weapons for guns and clothing. Poseidon lobos and Police AR have a spawn point near the zones too.@Simon RossDo players still need to go to advanced or elsewhere to gear up before they would go back to the red zones or is there a place that you can gear up beside the zones?
What about you only have NLR for that redzone and are free to go to the other ones?Remove redzone NLR completely. All groups have spawns at the redzones now. Removing NLR will increase the pace of redzone fights, and IMO result in fewer people rage quitting as they can go straight back and get involved. It will also mean that people will play more aggressive, due to there still being a lot of slow fighting and a lack of slamming for the most part
I think NLR should be removed for all people initially, and then further changes can be made based on feedback (if any changes are made I assume it would be along the lines of rebels have no NLR, whilst factions have 5 minute NLR still)
That is already the case tho, as the zones are individualWhat about you only have NLR for that redzone and are free to go to the other ones?
More meaning so you can spawn Rebel FOB etc when you die church or soThat is already the case tho, as the zones are individual
Currently the rule is as written, from the moment you are revived (no longer in the bed) your 10 minutes begins.(G4.4) When you are revived/downed:
You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.
Regarding the new bed system on fivem is this rule enforced from when you get off the bed or when you are revived as currently it takes around 10 minutes to get revived from the bed? I feel like the new bed system enforces the rule and should be taken into account as its 20 minutes currently

+1 one that one also i think its time to get this rule in black and white and not a grey area like it is now since depending on what staff member you ask you get a different answer. time for clarity on this oneI was always under the impression that if you wanted to shoot first, you had to first provide high quality roleplay/initiation with threat, time to comply, etc. However recently I was in a situation where police initiated only on my vehicle, I threatened the life of the cop, and without even acknowledging the threat or saying anything before or after the cop tried shooting me. Reported but was told this isn't rdm.
In that case, can you therefore immediately shoot anyone who threatens your life/initiates on you? That would appear to be the decision made due to realism or whatever the reasoning was - while I'm sure some would be happy with this change it's definitely a different direction for the server and would have a huge impact on basically every hostile situation. Can this rule be clarified?
+1 many times in liaisons for the exact same thing any they always claim that it is in the handbook. However the handbook isn't a enforced as a server rule. As sirdaanslot said... it certainly is not, thats just the excuse, and if it is and when i was police i failed to see that part, it needs to be taken out and gold command punished for C1.8they always claim that it is in the handbook.
