Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself and my two gang members were attempting to rob an individual when the incident occured. We threatened the person that we would shoot if he ran, and then he ran so we shot him. As we went to collect his weapon, another person who was at the scene shot the three of us. He then claimed that he was his friend and he shot us because we killed him. There was no initiation or threats to make us aware of this consequence.

Its about 17 minutes in when we start to interact with the individual we were trying to rob.

Nice initiation on my friend by the "hands up or die"

I didn't quit soon afterwards if you get rdmed you say in OOC channel straight get into teamspeak, there was a solid 5+ minutes after i quit so it was not combat logging.

You shot my friend so of course im going to shoot you.

If anything you rdmed because of that poor poor initiation.

If you want to resolve this at anytime instead of all of this i will be in the Triad room in Gang area.

I was the man that these men killed before getting shot themselves. And I would like to ask how is the initiation acceptable, "get your hands on your head or your dead". Also he gave me less than 2 seconds to comply. In my opinion that's outrageous.

We called out RDM in OOC straight away, before we was rudely told that we were wrong and just mad because we died. Whether the initiation was poor or not is a different matter, but if it was poor, then surely your initiation of nothing at all was even worse. We have video proof of one of our own members doing exactly what you did, shooting the people who shot his friend, without initiating. He was then ordered to pay compensation.

You had more than two seconds to reply. You approached us in a helicopter acting suspiciously, hanging around when we are watching the weed processor. We told you to put your hands up and you simply ran straight away. Many people have been robbed in this way, since when was shooting an escaping captive fail RP? As tensions on our side were already high, we shot you fearing that you were part of the group down the hill.

This is a video where my buddy Freestyle got robbed by a gang and i was in the bushes nearby so i shot them for robbing my friend , guess what i had to pay compensation for RDM and no its not just them saying it a admin from support came to our channel and told me straight up that  it was RDM and i have to compensate

 
I would be more than happy to compensate unfortunately i didnt see the RDM call in OOC because i worrying about other people in the area although i can see where you are coming from.

You got to understand from my point of view you just shot my friend and so in my mind im thinking im going to kill all of these as they just shot my friend.

That was a lot different to our situation we had here as he didnt say a word and you didnt kill him however i do see where you are coming from.

i completely understand your point of view because i was VERY annoyed when i had to compensate for "helping" my gang member to get out of a robbery

Sarkis was of the same opinion about the rules, but he found out that shooting in revenge is not allowed without an initiation. I appreciate your cooperation though.

I mean if we could maybe resolve as i was in the wrong could i maybe compensate all 3 of you guys instead of bans taking place?

Ehm, very awkward and i dont have any proof but im hoping it gave the money back to u , when u gave  the money to me seconds after i got kicked so is there any chance the money got transferred back to you or was it litteraly just bad luck.. ;(
