@sarkis I would like to point out a few things, your initiation (get your hands on your head or your dead) was shocking this is a prime example of an RDM/Fail RP.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

As for the actions of @S M U R F I would say is not RDM due to you and your friends killing Johnny. Once you killed Johnny you have caused an active firefight due to this Smurf killed you.

Now this is a different situation from what happened with you guys because this video shows that they only robbed him they did not kill him which you had no right to kill them as no verbal initiation was given. 

@John McGinley As to what you did once they threatened you is not acceptable as this can be classed as failrp.

And lastly is this situation resolved?

Well yeah thats what i thought as hes gone and killed my friend im going to shoot them and i did think there initiation is wrong. But i compensated so its all good no worries and resolved.

I guess we will all learn a bit from this and leave it at this. 

 
Guy's it's very important that you try your best to resolve the situation before putting up a player report.
