Please (in detail) describe the incident: We Logged in at a location to make a plan to push NSC as grove and NSC have had some beef over the past few days, upon doing so we end up seeing An NSC member and taking him hostage at this point more NSC show up and start shooting so we shoot back at them, at this point you can see from my clip that I aim towards the market and see 2 NSC members a male (unknowing name) and a female that turns out to be Charlotte a knowing member of NSC, as you can see from my clip we make a plan to push the pair and we kill one as u can see from bmavs clip a few of us knew the female was there and were looking for her, upon looking we can clearly see that she is no longer there anymore, leading us to believe she Combat logged.

Hello, as I currently explained in the discord that I've been having problems with my computer and it freezing, as Frank the male who got shot went down I was shooting against a grove member but my computer completely went frozen and I task mastered quit and reset my computer,  (I had the same problem a couple of days ago when I had to make a staff ticket) Unfortunately when I got back I didn't write in OOC when I should have and I hold my hands up to that mistake so much was going on at the time that it didn't cross my mind. I woke up at Vespucci PD and I stayed there for 3/5 mins thinking that if any grove seen me, but after that I radio for a gang member to come and get me.

Also id like to add that I didn't get a chance to speak with you, it was just Siren in the discord call.. if you would like to come for a discord chat to try and talk about it please let me know. 

I do apologies for my mistake of not writing in OOC to carry on the RP I hold my hands up to that and I will make sure it never happens again.

I'm confused on how you apparently "froze" then task manager closed ur game while at the beach/market then somehow log on at the PD.

I admitted my mistake of not putting it in OOC, this is the last I'm saying.

Someone reached out for me as I was in Rp situation at the time, so you have been contacted and taken to discord so therefore it is not a lie.

Yes, as I said before I had to reset my computer after it froze? If you would come into a discord conversation to speak I’ll explain it all to you but you haven’t gave me a chance to. So this is the last I’m replying unless staff ask me to.

I know I said I wasnt going to repond to this, but the more i've thought it over, I want to make a few things clear to staff and ensure they have all the facts when making their decision; whatever that may be.

Anonymous Lion, at no point did we speak in discord and I have no recollection of you ever attempting to get in contact with me. Just want to point this out as your statement saying you tried to resolve with the player before reporting has been set as "yes". 
I did however speak with Siren via discord when she reached out to me. Siren and I had discussed this in discord where I informed her of my machine issues which forced me to reset whilst down at the beachfront markets. I apologised and acknowleded that in hindsight making a post on the RPUK discord to advise of the issue would have been a good idea but unfortunately this never dawned on me at the time. I had assumed that based on our discussion this issue had been resolved at the time.
Upon logging back on to the server it spawned me at Vespucci PD. I am assuming this was a server issue not savings my logout location (potentially due to the freezing issue) and defaulting to my previous log on location but I dont know much about this and its specuation after talking with my friends who know a bit more about it. 

One final point that I would like to clear up, not making accusions but generally curious. 
You have identified me by name rather than ID or anything else, whilst you are correct I fail to see how this happened as again, we had no interaction during the encounter and to my knowledge I did not speak a word to any grove members. 
Again im not disputing that it was myself as it was, just curious as to how this came about.

1. As stated before I was in a situation resulting in me having to get another person involved to go to discord with you and speak to you about it, regardless of who puts the report up it was still people involved in the situation, so YES you were contacted. 

2. The information on knowing it was you came after you were called to discord, I do not need to RP on the forums so I can use your name by knowing it OOC so I don't understand what you are trying to get at.

3. As said before in the discord you said your whole PC just randomly restarted itself, and now on here you have changed up your story and said that your game "Froze" and you had to task manager close it, then again came back and said you had to restart it due to it "freezing", I am very confused as to how you have came up with 3 different scenarios here.

I appreciate the quick reply Anonymous Lion. What I dont appreciate is the tone, I am trying to be a civil as possible here so can we please acts like adults and stop with the aggression. We are not in character here. 1. Fair enough. Just want it made clear that you personally did not try and resolve, as you selected Yes to that question in the report template. We can argue the interpretation of this question but thats not the point of the report

2. Again thanks for clearing that up. 3. Well the fact is, the computer froze and therefore I had to reset it after closing the game using task manager. As for the difference in stories that could be down to miscommunnication between yourself and the other party, or maybe I did use those words in error in the heat of the moment, I honestly can't remember. As you can see, I struggled to even come up with a proper respose until now and as I stated previously, I just wanted staff to have a full picture of the situation from both sides and to give my own account whilst i've had time to articulate my own thoughts

My last reply to you will be, I am simply typing so I'm very unsure how I can have a tone while doing that, but moving on from that, as said I got someone else to get you in discord and as far as I am aware they must have knowing who you are, also it is not hard to know certain people when you have been in the server for a little time, me myself has had multiple interactions with NSC one of the main ones being through the clothing you guys asked for from Tire Nutz, also as Grove and NSC have been beefing for the past few days, but let me just put it real simple for you, OOC chat is for Out of character meaning no meta gaming as you are trying to hint towards has taken place.

As said it is my last reply and I will leave it to staff to deal with from here.

I will make this the last also so as not to clog it up too much for staff. My replies thus far as I said are just to make sure staff have all the facts and I can give my own side of the story whilst my head is clear as I have never been reported before and was in a panic the whole time during our initial discussion as the accusations are very serious. In terms of meta gaming, I am not trying to claim that you guys did that at all. As you said it was OOC the message came through and any discussion you guys had in discord to identify me would not have effected the course of gameplay in any way at that point. I was genuinely curious as to how they knew it was me due to the fact I was not identifiable via voice as I didnt speak to anyone. If your reply had have been something along the lines of being a female in the middle of the situation I would have said fair enough as myself and one other member were the only female NSC members at the time. When you were contacted by Siren, what was it in regards to? Did she contact you as staff or as a player? 
I think this is worth a shot to ask, but, I don't think you've a clip of the crash happening? 
Do you crash often? (Freeze often) 
How long did it take you to load back? 

Now onto the gentleman Anonymous Lion
Firstly, thank you once again for bringing this to us, we're here to make this as fair and as fun for everyone possible. 
Who was the person that reached out to @Pinkskyxxin your stead? Was it Siren? 
In both of those clips, how did you confirm it was Charlotte? For me they both look like lil ants!

Yea it was siren and AJ that went to discord for me, I knew of her ooc but not in game I got the clip then asked who it was after the first situation had ended then siren and AJ confirmed that it was charlotte as they know her, at this time another situation came up with NSC so I asked someone that wasn't involved with the situation to take her to discord while I went and dealt with the second situation.

Multiple people in Grove know of the members that were in NSC and I had only dealt with a couple of them in the past due to them wanting Ghost to make them gang clothing, so all the info on knowing it was her was from OOC after the situation, which is why I'm confused onto why she was bringing it up as if I had meta gamed.

Yes I’m guessing it was siren as she was in the discord call first, whether she done it as a staff or just normal player I’m not too sure as the conversation went abit weird, she was saying that staff can see if I’m lying and it’s gonna go to report etc. then said I picked up my partner when I spawned back in but I didn’t someone else got to him as I spawned back in PD and one of the other members got me when I radioed it in, but as I explained to her that i have had the issues for awhile. I unfortunately don’t have proof of the crash, it took me around 5/10 minutes to get back in as my computer was being slow (isn’t the best) I’ve opened ticket before as this happened a few days before again and spoke to a staff memeber. I hold my hands up that I should of put it in OOC but as a lot of things was happening at the time I totally forgot. I woke up at Vespucci PD when I spawned back in, I’m not sure if it’s glitch or bug but hopefully it can show up for staff. Thanks for taking your time looking at this report. Appreciate it.

Hi Mike, what I meant is she was insisting that I picked up my partner after my computer went off and I got back on and that’s the reason why she thinks I “combat logged” but that wasn’t the case as I was trying to explain to her, that I didn’t wake up at the beach I woke up at PD and I apologised that I didn’t put it in OOC or reach out but she still said it was going to a report anyway basically.

I would also like to ask if you recall the build up to the Market situation, give or take 10~ minutes before it happened.

Just before the 8pm storm i quit at Vespucci PD parking and woke back up there, after the crash at the market that's where I spawned exactly in the same spot that i woke up at after storm. 

10 minutes before storm we was all on NSC turf talking about how/when to push grove and got told grove was parking near our turf so we wanted to be ready and was figuring out our numbers and who had what at that time when we all had the plan sorted that we would sleep at the Vespucci/the beach and wake and push grove turf. When the sever was back up and running we all woke up at different areas, I myself and a few others woke up at Vespucci and the ones who fell asleep at the beach radioed it through that grove was there and they was being attacked etc. so me & Frankie got onto a bike went down and we hid in the markets as you can see on Anonymous Lion's videos and then my crash happened at the market. 

When I got back on to the sever after my crash I woke back up at Vespucci PD parking and turned my radio on to hear Frankie (my partner) leader of NSC at the time got picked up by one of our members and took to pillbox and for everyone to meet back at turf ready for grove to push if they was to do so, i radioed it in to see if somebody could of picked me up and take me to turf, then around 5 or so minutes is when I got called into discord.
