I just want to summarize all of this down for us. 
 

Just before the 8pm storm i quit at Vespucci PD parking and woke back up there, after the crash at the market that's where I spawned exactly in the same spot that i woke up at after storm. 

So you're saying you spawned there twice, after restart, and after crash? 
After the situation ended and you logged back on, you did not let staff and/or the gang that you were fighting know at that time - They had to ask for you in OOC, not the other way around. 

Does Frankie or anyone of your gang-members have any footage in regards to Frankie being saved/you crashing/returning? 

How often do you freeze? - When you logged back on at 17/01 - 8:17PM you had a full uninterrupted session all the way to 18/01 - 02:11AM

Hi Mike sorry for the late reply,

Just before the 8pm storm I fell asleep there then woke up there then went down to the beach then when my computer crashed I woke back up there when I got back on,  no I didn’t put anything in OOC or contact staff but that was my mistake I hold my hands up to that and agree that it was wrong not to do I can’t apologise enough when I should of reached out to them.

I often freeze quite abit tbh as my computer is quite not up to date as to say. I don’t think anyone has a recording but I will ask but with it being awhile ago now I don’t think they will have. Thanks

I hope we're doing well today. 

Right now I will be writing up a summary up and explaining each thought as I action this report. 
Sadly you couldn't prove to me that your game crashed, from all I can see it's exiting, I tested myself a few times to task manager kill my game(it wasn't frozen or anything, just randomly killing it), and the result of what you're claiming happened and to what happened to me is very different. - Unsure if I'd have to meet very certain situation/criteria to cause the same crash as you. 

Now onto the whole thing, when you froze n had to force kill your game n follow up with a few minute computer restart, at no point, did you make a ticket, let the other party know via discord, or when you logged back on into the game via /ooc, matter of fact it was Anonymous Lion's group that had to reach out to you ( Screenshot provided by you; https://imgur.com/5S21wMq ) - You should've went through great steps to bring that to the attention of the group/staff, you claim a lot was happening, but that should've been your main priority, that in itself is already worthy of some punishment. ( Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). 

Now, sadly without any footage from your side in regards to your game freezing, you killing it, or logging back twice at the same spot in a prior restarts location, anything at all for me to ponder over, I'll have to make a decision on what I know. Which does not put you in a good light, now onto the punishment.
