Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend where minding our own business doing bins to which a group of other people doing bins came out of nowhere rammed into out truck for no reason and ended up killing me due to me exiting the truck at the same time. I wouldn't of had a problem with it if he stopped and roleplayed the situation in case it was by accident. But it was clearly intentional and he then said '' Sorry boys I didn't see you, sorry sorry''. I wasn't able to get his ID in that situation but I seen him later on and got it.

hello there yes it is me this incident was due to a prior interaction at bins. in this previous interaction a few words were exchanged due to this my character was very unhappy to which me and the guys on the lorry decided to find you and give you some consequences. Also after this you decided to do the same thing to which you got shot and dumped I believe [could've combat logged will have to get the clip and ask staff to check ID 299]

Just want to point out these guys are the same people who come to gang turfs to bait out a reaction then combat log. If you check the logs im sure you see how many times they have done it.
Reason why i am commenting on this report is because i was present at the situation.

We told you to fuck off because you was trying to start something and we did not want to speak to you mate. If you came up and spoke to us instead of coming out of nowhere, ramming our truck and killing me then I wouldn't of been bothered. There was no roleplay intended and you don't need to lie about us apparently coming back and doing the same thing because I also have the other clip which you came out of nowhere again about 2 hours after, rammed us again and shot us without saying anything.

so the reason I came and rammed your truck was because me and two other of my friends were at bins after finishing a run and saw dwayne and another friend at the depot and started talking to them after 2-3 minutes of conversation you pulled up and for no reason decided to tell me to "shut the fuck up" and to "fuck off" when I started walking towards your vehicle. After this I had a couple people at bins tell me how much of a troll you and your friend are. now ill admit I didn't mean to kill you when I rammed your truck I thought id give you a little bump and be on my way but then after you went to pillbox and recovered you came back and rammed the back of our truck nearly downing one of our bin crew so there wasn't 2 hours in between it was maybe 30-40 minutes in which text messages and phone calls was had with dwayne. When we finally caught up to you two of us got out of the truck and aimed guns at you and your friend he decided to try and drive off where as you thought a wise thing to do was run at us with a baseball bat while two guns were being aimed at you. After this you and your friend decided to call me a "nonce" and ask my age which I thought was very weird.

also on the clip you posted why did you cut it off just before you say to me "your gone im going to make sure your gone" alluding to me getting a ban for it which isn't something you should do in game.

in my opinion the only reason this report went up was because you got shot and died to stop this turning into a back and fourth between yourself and me ill only be replying to staff from now on.

First off, it was my mate which rammed your friend off the truck, not me because I was still recovering in pillbox when he seen you. And i was not talking about that situation when it was a 2 hour time difference. I was talking about the situation where you rammed us out of nowhere and shot at us. You did not point the gun at us. You shot and killed my mate strait away without saying anything and the only reason I ran at you was because you also shot me whilst doing that so i ran around and started hitting you and your mate. So you need to stop lying when I have multiple clips of every situation and you have no proof. So??

so I was kiiLLA passenger on the bin truck

This all came around due to you saying "fuck off, fuck off you soft cunts" then speeding off in your duneloader thinking thats okay to speak to people that way. We was going to speak to you then about it but we didn't have a car that would catch up to you we did end up seeing you again and that's where you got rammed into.

We told you to fuck off because you was trying to start something and we did not want to speak to you mate.

You say you didn't want to talk to us but then say "fuck off, fuck off you soft cunts" at Sanitation that would lead me to think you're looking for trouble to which that's what came around. There's a saying for that fuck around and find out. After all this is an RP server talking to people is the biggest part of RP telling someone you don't know to "fuck off, fuck off you soft cunts" is only ever going end badly for you.

After your clip you then came to find us and proceeded to do the exact same thing you're complaining about in this report
2 wrongs don't make a right. If you was that unhappy with the situation you could of asked us to come to QE to talk about it in OOC

you don't need to lie about us apparently coming back and doing the same thing

There's the clip of either you or your friend confirming you did the exact same thing to us and Dwayne saying you're known for this kind of behaviour and combat logging

Also the clip of what im pretty sure is ID 299 combat logging

again about 2 hours after, rammed us again and shot us without saying anything.

Then comes the the part you saying we did it again we didn't ram you I pulled up in front of you and we got out of the car but that's an escalation from a series of events leading up to both of you being shot which the driver of the duneloader had a gun to his head then decided to attempt to run kiiLLA over to which the driver got shot and one of you came from behind the duneloader with a baseball bat smacked kiiLLA a couple of times then baseball bat guy was also shot by me.

As I see it this was a series of events starting from your poor attitude towards people you don't know at Sanitation could it of been dealt with better yes but judging by the way you were acting I feel outcome would of been the same and thats here on the forums complaining.
