Even I was a medic then, it was alot of fun ^^
To many rules, when you jump on to help the server with dead players is something that made me stop logging on as a medic back then.
And from what i heard the medics have more rules now, than when I was a STU/FA.
I think the majority of players who join medics do it to get a break from their "regular" RP.
It's a chanse to do something diffrent and fun for 1 hour when you for example wait for your gang members to get home from work.
Or when you just want a change of gameplay / RP.
I understand that it needs to be rules. And its a good reason alot of them are in place. But as
@Mycaelis is pointing out.
It's no reason to add "rules to the rules".
And I think if NHS became abit more free for the players, people will mby enjoy it more.
I cant speak for other than my self when I say this.
But when a player have 1500k hours in arma (example), you should trust that person to drive his/her own car, and also be alone.
When the same senario is there, the person should be trusted to fly a chopper.
And if the person are a bad pilot, he/she should say so. Same goes for driving. They are working with saving lives, that should be their first consern imo.
So TL;DR
Give the medics some more freedom and I think the activity will become better
