Final Notes
Very Big Update for you all today! Cars are an integral part to life on the server and as such we have made an attempt to properly balance the cars, based on multiple attributes that puts them in a specific class. You will see a difference in a way most of the cars drive, most notably in their top speeds. Some notes here from

Cars have been greatly tuned down for server performance. With this update and the lowered speeds, we aim to see less desync of cars smashing into each other when braking and accelerating as cars no longer shoot off like a bullet.
Upon purchase of a car, it will be completely unmodified, the car will not be at its full potential. You will be required to upgrade the car's engine, turbo etc.. to get its full potential and its top speed. With this, the cost of upgrading cars has gone up.
Import numbers are now uniform. This means each class of car will have set numbers each month.
The classes for cars are as follows: [S Class] - Super, [A Class] - Race, [B Class] - Sport, [C Class] - Common.
Import supercars are now back! Come next month, the supercar dealers will receive a stock of import supers. These cars are not going to be sold on the stock floor. The dealers will be auctioning TWO of these cars, once a week (one from each dealership). This is not a raffle process. The bidding will start at the base price of the car and it's entirely up to the dealership as to which car they want to auction that week. Maybe you will have enough money to buy one?
This update tunes some default GTA cars to match the imports and others have been fixed (majority being Super cars). A thread "
Vehicle Handling Feedback" will be put up for players to suggest default GTA and Import cars to be placed into one of these four classes. It is important to note that not EVERY car can be edited due to how some GTA files are set up. For example 99% of the cars the game first came out with i.e Zentorno etc, cant be modified.
Some cars have had their models changed for better versions. The cars that have been changed are as follows:

With this update a large amount of cars that did not have body modifications before hand, now do (This is not every car). So feel free to check out LS Customs to see if your car now has modification options.
There are now a few cars that have been added to the dealerships that were missing before hand. These cars have been stocked for this update and will be available every month onwards (I.e head to your nearest dealership and see if they are willing to buy in some of this stock.) In LS Customs Light Percentages have been added when buying window tint. So be on the look out for Roads Policing as the mechanics don't care if the mods you buy from them are legal or not!
Police Cars have now been adjusted to properly reflect their capabilities and roles within the Police. Each car classification for the police is Classified so you will have to find out through trial and error. New ambient sounds remove the annoying American radio you hear when you drive along. The police cars have been tuned so only the traffic divisions cars will require turbo on them. Gone are the days that you will see a standard police car sounding like a boy racer. Maybe some more changes for Police Cars will be seen in an update in the near future (defiantly not a teaser)
Please do not post in the "Vehicle Handling Feedback" thread to have your car have IRL speeds or upgraded because it can go faster IRL. The cars have been balanced for the purpose of the server. It is possible to have a car upgraded to a higher class as well as degraded to a lower class.
