Cutlass

Arising from the power vacuum left behind by turf disputes around Forum Drive, a group of Machette-wielding gangsters formed to be known as "Cutlass". The ever-increasing violence and police presence within Forum Drive led the gang leaders to relocate and expand further afield. Settling on Roy Lowenstein Blvd road between Green dominated "Grove Street" and Yellow James Town "Vagos", Cutlass refers to this area as "Gaza". Dagger tattoos, desert camo and bleached brown vehicles are ways to identify Cutlass members.

"Ka$h" and a band of Captains (aka 300s) has formed an operation which quickly developed into a multi-million-pound criminal enterprise. Drugs, Guns and Extortion are a major part of the Gang's operations.

In a hostile environment, Cutlass has managed to remain standing through several battles with much larger and better-equipped organizations. Gaining them notoriety amongst the greater population of the City. No longer situated on the Gaze strip but now fronted by the Popular Street "Videogeddon "Arcade, Cutlass aims to expand the business and become ranked amongst the officials.

THE BOOK OF KASH

Warning this is for enterntainment purposes only and not there to affend any persons. The book is from the point of view of Kash's Cutlass life.

Chapter 1 - Before Gang.

Kane Kash was born in 1995 in Kingston, Jamaica. He moved to Los Santos in 2021 and found himself living on Forum Drive, which is known for being a rough area. One day, he happened to run into a priest named Father Augustus, and the two of them got to talking. This experience helped him learn some basic street hustling skills and connect with people who could help him start selling weed. However Kash had to return to Jamaica for an unexpected family emergency. He resided there for a year before returning to the Los Santos, Forum Drive.

bHKEW60.png

He returned to the city with a renewed sense of purpose and anticipation for the future. Kash was enjoying himself at Legion Square one day when he got into a fight with some rowdy teenagers. The bystanders were laughing at him, but Kash was determined to show them that he's not someone to be taken lightly. One of the bystanders who befriended Kash was "Gambino", a certified gangster around the southside. Eventually, they became close friends. Gambino already had a network of connections in the city, and so he introduced Kash to a Baller member, who Kash would then refer to as "Balla B". Through that connection, he was able to accommodate small arms deals.
Kash quickly became familiar with cocaine, as times had changed and weed was no longer the desired drug. Many of the friends he used to know had been incarcerated or killed, so the fear of the same happening to him loomed over his head. To escape the paranoia he tried to become legitimate.

Chapter 2 - The Formation.

Kash enrolled in a legal program to become a mechanic in order to improve his life and avoid jail. With the gift of a Transit van from "Father", he was able to do freelance mechanics around the city and provide a high-quality service. This gained the attention of an auto exotic employee, "Lewis". Kash got a job at one of the city's most popular garages "Auto Exotic", thanks to Lewis's reference. Kash was excited to start working and looked forward to learning more about the garage and the vehicles that it serviced. This job allowed him to meet many interesting people, such as the owners Jeep and Miguel who shared helpful information about the city's operations. The Business was run very efficiently, and this impressed him; he would later implement some of the same principles in the Gang's operations.

xpxlYIf.png

Kash would leave work and head back to Forum Drive, where many of his neighbors would be engaging in criminal activities that he had once been accustomed to. They would often arrive in fancy cars and bikes, presenting an incredibly alluring lifestyle. After working at the garage for a while, it became clear that his income as a mechanic wasn't as great as it could be when compared to dealing drugs.

He began by paying Mr. Singh outrageous fees for small packets of cut cocaine, but he was still able to sell it and turn a profit.
During this period, Kash discovers "Frank and Joe," two high-ranking Hustlers, stranded miles away and escorts them home after an unplanned meeting. Because of this tiny act, he was able to make acquaintances and obtain more cocaine for less money. Kash gathered a couple of his Forum Drive dealer friends since he realised he would need a crew to move more stuff. Scouse Billy and "Ant," who Kash dubbed "Posh" because to his propensity for wearing tailored suits, are notable members.

uFnEdG2.png

They would deal kilos of cocaine around Forum Drive, mostly with machetes. Kash would insist on the gang using the Machette because it is inexpensive and effective. Manchettes are commonly referred to as "Cutlass" by Jamaicans, and the gang would become famous for using them later on. Because the area's major gangs were not as active during this time, several small groups formed in amongst a vacuum of power.
Cutlass got into a fight with one of the new Forum Drive groups, "The Jenkins". A week-long feud erupted, with attacks from both sides.
This culminated in Cutlass kidnapping and robbing Jenkins member Frank Smith.

Kash disliked the attention the feud managed to draw from the police, so he moved to the Boulevard east.
Kash referred to this road, which was in the middle of two factions, as the "Gaza Strip," a Jamaican ghetto that was named in the context of the Israeli conflict.
As a result, the gang began to wear blue head scarves, or "Keffiyehs," as a symbol of Gaza.
Cutlass was able to thrive in this area because they were at peace with both "Grove" and "Vagos," and they quickly gained many members, including their previous enemy "Frank Smith," who later took on a high-ranking role.

KPnga8D.png

This was the first time Kash had met his trusted friends "Craig David" and "Big L' Lewis", who impressed him with their speedy cocaine flips.
They eventually rose to the position of Cutlass Captain, 300's, and gained notoriety in the criminal underworld.
Kash started conducting "Cutlass Deliveries" by purchasing the cheapest smoothies from Sandy Shores and selling them from his van in the city at a reduced price due to the steadily rising earnings.
As he moved around the city in his gleaming Green Transit hawking smoothies, he would run into all different kinds of people, expanding his network of contacts to whom he could purchase or sell anything.
People like "Wez" from Vagos played a significant role in the delivery of more powerful weapons.

Chapter 2 - Table Warefare

In the city, cutting cocaine is the most risky step in the process, and some groups have enclosed cutting tables to lower the risk.
On one of his patrols, Kash learned the location of one of these gang tables and decided to try to get access.

On the east side of Los Santos, there is a Spanish group called Marabunta. Kash tried to get in touch with the gang to advance in the drug trade because he knew they controlled a safe table.
They were not pleased when He approached them and inquired about the table, so they abducted Kash.
They requested that he divulge who handed him the information on the locked table, but Kash was unwilling to comply.
He was beaten, tortured, and even had his right hand cut off.

xaz5GCi.png

At the point of near death, his only way of survival was to give them a name but unknowingly to them he had met one of their members the previous day named "Boris" who allowed him to use his house wardrobe. So he pointed the blame at him by showing them his house location, Kash knew they would be confused because how else would he have known? They abandoned him in the lower legion parking lot, where a bystander picked him up and took him to the hospital right away.
Kash's hand was successfully reattached by a skilled surgeon, and he lived to tell the tale.

Kash determined to exact retribution after being enraged by what had happened.
Invoking his Cutlass gangsters, they searched the city for Marabunta.
Numerous drive-bys were committed throughout the course of the next few days.
A notable Marabunta member was executed while on the Grove Street turf, when Kash and Craig would mercilessly shoot a full clip into the victim's head.

Chapter 3 - Wrong Place Wrong Time.

Equipped with powerful handguns as Cutlass got closer to the Marabunta tattoo parlour, they spotted a blue Sultan Classic pulling up with a woman with blonde hair who looked almost precisely like the Marabunta boss "Kat" that Kash recalled from the Table ordeal.
A hail of gunshots fell on the woman and the store after he told the men to open fire. She escaped in her car whilst gravely wounded.

After it was finished, Kash started to get calls saying that a 229 member named "Steph" had been shot at instead of Marabunta, which angered everyone.
Kash wanted to fix the error, so he arranged a meeting at the 229 turf.
Along with a few other Cutlass members, he attended, including "Frank Smith," his drive-by shooter companion.

The "229" leader "KC" demanded the names of the accompanying shooters, but Kash refused to provide the identities of his team.
Everyone was astonished when Frank quickly left the meeting, and "229" felt disrespected.
The meeting ended without any concrete solutions after attempts to explain how the error arose seemed to fall on deaf ears.

There were many incidentals between the two factions over the next few days as tensions were at an all-time high.
Knowing they weren't prepared for battle, Kash summoned an old buddy and fellow "229" member named "Duane" to help with the problem.

Chapter 4 - The Snake.

In an effort to resolve the issue, "229" and Kash agreed to meet again. Kash recruited a few Cutlass members and travelled unarmed to the meeting place at Camp, Mount Chiliad.
Cutlass was at the mercy of "229", outnumbered and outgunned.
As retribution for the shooting, KC requested that Kash provide the names of the shooters, a pistol, and money.
Kash refused to comply with such requests and vowed not to give information.
Kash gave "Dave," a recently promoted "Cutlass" captain, permission to speak when he raised his hand.
To Kash's utter dismay, "Dave" consented to reveal to "229" the shooters identities and grant them access to the gang safe.
Kash declared angrily that he would kill Dave if that happened.
Kash was shot at that precise moment and knocked to the ground by "229".
Bloodied on the ground, he heard "Dave" and a few other gang members divulge crucial information.

Then, he was taken to the Paleto meat factory where he was put into a meat box and left to perish.
Unbeknownst to them, Kash was transported to the closest hospital where he would stay to recover by "Spookz," a devoted Cutlass member they had spared earlier on.

Chapter 5 - Bitter, Sweet Revenge.

Kash survived the ordeal, but to his disappointment "Dave" had committed the betrayal with a little assistance from a few other Cutlass members.
They also attempted to undermine the gang's morals and rationalise their betrayal.
Fortunately, the founding members were outraged by Dave's actions and desired revenge, so they could see through the lies.
Scouse, Craig, and Lewis wasted no time in tracking him down and murdering him the next day in broad daylight.
The weapon of choice was a heavy pistol, and the act of vengeance was both harsh and sweet.

Disloyal members of the gang were swiftly expelled.
The gang made the decision to shift bases after everything that had happened and the amount of inside information that had been exposed.
Cutlass moved into the Del Perro apartments as its new home.
The gang quickly moved on from the past, handling bigger deals and swiftly expanding its membership.
Cutlass gained more recognition as they progressed from wearing light blue scarves to more contemporary masks.
The vicious gang initiation included jump-ins, which created a ruckus and attracted police concern.
Father Agustus, with whom Kash is still close, approached him with worries that the gang was drawing unwanted attention to the neighbourhood.

Chapter 6 - Calm before the storm

Chilling on turf, Cutlass members were approached by a tinted black Sultan, defensively they instructed the vehicle to carry on. Ignoring them the occupants yelled slander from the windows of the car causing a few cutlass members to react and open fire. Shooting a passenger and sending the driver fleeing for his life.
They killed "Meech," a "Greyhound" member; this would eventually escalate to more serious circumstances.
Coincidentally, the "Hustlers" pressed Cutlass turf the following day, and a gunfight broke out between the two factions before authorities intervened.
Due to the previously voiced worries, it was believed that "Father" might of financed these actions.

Chapter 7 - Not the brightest.

In the city, connections matter a lot, and Kash learnt that certain factions, including "The Firm" and "Lost," might be very helpful in the process of creating weapons.
He suggested to his captain "Frank Smith" that it would be wise to become aquinted with "The Firm," but Frank seized the chance to reveal to them his knowledge of their illegal operations, completely upsetting the plan. At this point, Kash realised that his captain "wasn't the brightest tool in the box".

2GRRRCP.png

The "Old Man" of "The Firm" asked Cutlass for a meeting to express his concerns regarding their assumption of such knowledge.
Kash asserted that there was no ill intent. Since Kash was truthful, the "Old Man" seemed to like it, and nothing negative came of it.
With "Titus" already serving as his solicitor, Kash would have a point of contact that might be useful later on.

Chapter 8 - The Merge

Cutlass would observe another gang operating in the neighbourhood after relocating to the Del Perro.
Cutlass was in a state of heightened alert as a result of the recent occurrences.
They would run into this other gang known as "Calvetti Family" as they were returning to their apartments.
To Kash's horror, Craig David opened fire on them thinking they were a enemy and dropped a couple of them.
Fortunately, given that several of them were donning bulletproof vests, the injuries did not pose a life ending issue.

The problem was rectified, but Kash also observed that the other group "Calvetti Family " wasn't working as effectively.
Many of its members appeared to be doing nothing, so he started attempting to recruit those who showed promise.
Kash would go on to recruit "JD" and "Eze," whom both would become incredible Cutlass members, after an internal conflict on the other gang's side.

Chapter 9 - Blue Story

Recall that Cutlass were now dressed in blue and were committing crimes throughout the city, attracting the attention of the Cities Weezle News.
Several organisations took offence since they wore similar hues and attire. Kash didn't like how some of the crimes were being attributed to the innocent "Auto Exotic" employees.
In honor of his former employer "Auto Exotic," he modified the Gang's clothing to a design unique to Cutlass.

The Gang adopted a new aesthetic, sporting Bleached Brown automobiles and Desert Camo Pattern apparel.
This also correlated with the gang's past on "Gaza," with it's new military apparel.

Chapter 10 - No Games in the Arcade

The Del Perro operation was slowing down as a result of the numerous attacks that were happening nearby, and Kash realised that Cutlass needed to move for things to go forward.
After searching the city for hours and hours, he finally came to a small abandoned arcade on Popular Street.
Kash and Cutlass decided this would be their new home as soon as they arrived because it offered all the amenities they needed to prosper.
They moved fast, and the majority of the gang relocated to nearby homes on "Mirror Park."

Both the office above and the safe bunker beneath the arcade were used for many illegal transactions.
Popular Street, which used to be a quiet part of the city, was now lined with tonnes of cars and activity.

On the East Side, Cutlass would run into other gangs more frequently, like the "Greyhounds" with whom they had the earlier shootout. There were a couple more small shootings between the gangs for various causes, and full-scale conflict would soon develop.

During this conflict, there were two significant shootouts that resulted in several casualties on both sides and left the bridge over the arcade covered in men in various states of injury and death.
This would last for a little more than a week, reaching its peak when Cutlass executed "Meech" in gangland fashion.
Meech was not seen after the execution, and the "Greyhounds" appeared to split off.

THE BOOK OF KASH

Chapter 11 Too Many Man!

Because of a full roster and "Frank's" recruitment of numerous incompetent individuals, Cutlass was engaging in fights that could have been easily avoided.
Marabunta is one of those.
This came about after a recruit spat on a "Marabunta" member in the casino, and "Frank" justified the recruit's behaviour.
The event infuriated "Marabunta," who started attacking the Arcade.

Frank would be kidnapped and battered numerous times along with his minions "Matt" and "Dan". Marabunta requested the sum of £1,500,000 for them to stop the onslaught of attacks. Although they undestimated Kash and the real Cutlass gangsters. The Gaza thugs used gorilla warfare tactics and launched a iconic attack on the Marabunta turf. Kash created two teams one being shooters and other ram raiders. They would use Mechanic trucks to distract the rival gang before sending in the shooters. This attack seen Cutlass drop the majority of Marabunta in a single swoop.

Chapter 12 - Picture Perfect.

Trying to put an end to the conflict Kash purcashed a limited edition paiting from "The Firm", he offered this to "Kat"of "Marabunta" as gift instead of the requested monies but she refused. In a turn of events Kat came outside of the Arcade and brandished a rare police issued "Sig". Unknowing to her a Cutlass member was behind her and quickly rammed her to the ground. Kash and JD quickly bundled her into a car and took her away. Injured from the ordeal they were forced to use the services of a dodgey doctor who fortunity was able to mend Kat and allow them retrieve the prized "Sig".
As this was happening Marabunta closed in and spotted them at the Dodgey Doctor, so Kash quickly bundled her into "Franks" car. Weirdly after this "Franks" radio went down. Knowing Frank was the weak link within Cutlass Kash decided to check the local hospitals and to no suprise he seen Frank pulling up with Kat in his car, right infront of police. At this moment he knew something very suspicious was going on because there was no way they could keep her alive. Pulling up on the car Kash aired his anger towards Frank who then fled with Kat down the highway towards the City.

Kash stopped pursuing Frank as he came across some abonded cars and saw JD's, and instead turned to look for him.
To his astonishment, he discovered JD gasping for air and covered in bullet wounds.
Taking him to Pill Box's critical care unit was the only option, and by a miracle, JD pulled through. Frank said that Marabunta ambushed him and took Kat.

Chapter 13 - Beef Cooking.

Now that they had a "Sig," their aim was to market it.
Kash would travel around the city presenting it to the numerous gangs and received countless offers.
With an old enemy who is now a friend, "KC" of "229," he came to a deal for more than a million pounds.
In exchange for their involvement in the operation, Kash awarded Cutlass members a piece of the money.

He questioned his trusted Cutlass members about the circumstance because he was still perplexed as to why Frank and Kat were at the hospital. It took a few days before the truth came out, and to his dismay, Frank and Kat struck a settlement.
Frank didn't intend to tell the gang that he had been compensated for saving her life.

Chapter 14 - Blame Cutlass
A shipment of steel from "The Firm" had been stolen, and "Craig David" of Cutlass was accused of being responsible.
Although that wasn't true, Kash seized the chance to speak with "The Firm" about business.
In an effort to make amends for their tragedy and hopefully generate more business in the future, Cutlass volunteered to bring them the 250 steel bars that were missing.
The "Old Man" was grateful for the offer and astounded that Cutlass could fulfil the request by the next morning.

As a result, Cutlass would develop a new line of business and enter the steel industry. Numerous steel bars would be smelted and sold to "The Firm," "The Lost," and "229" in addition to other buyers.

Chapter 15 - Getting Rid.

tFXFUig.png

It was time for Frank to be removed because of his disloyalty and the numerous preventable situations he put the Gang in.
Frank was thoroughly beaten by Craig David before being dumped off at Marabunta, where we thought he belonged.

He would later join forces with a few other Cutlass members to establish "NSC."
One such person is "Matt," whom Kash previously entrusted with managing the Gang's cocaine supply.
Introducing "Matt" to the "Coalition" distributors from whom Kash was then buying kilogrammes of uncut cocaine.

Kash got a call from his "Coalition" connections after the gang split up informing him they would no longer be doing business with Cutlass.
He didn't know at the time that "Matt" was the reason for the breakdown.

Many coveted members were brought on during this time period, including "Adam," "Kane," "Bobby" and "Brandon."
Quality had replaced quantity, and that was reflected in the personnel.
As business grew, the gang evolved into an ammunition and weapons distribution network.

After the supply of cocaine ran out, Kash found new sources right away who could handle the rising demand.
The group was at one stage selling up to 100kg of pure, uncut cocaine per week, solidifying their position as the city's largest distributors of the drug.

Chapter 16 - Street Code.

It was discovered that the Coalition was still providing NSC with product despite breaking ties with Cutlass.
The Colaition leader "Bravo" and Kash met to discuss the issue, and it was agreed that the incident would be dealt with because it was dishonourable to their association.

It was time for Cutlass to exact revenge on their former members in light of the cunning NSC behaviour.

Chapter 17 - Gang Business.

NSC was subjected to a barrage of brutal attacks, which prevented them from conducting any kind of business.
Craig David is in charge of seizing every chance to attack the opposition. The pressure was great, which caused NSC to go into hiding and disappear for days on end from their own territory.
NSC members like "Dan" tried to leave the gang life and pursue a career in mechanics in an effort to succeed. Every day Cutlass would turn the Del Perro flat where NSC lived into their home.
Frank would get caught multiple times taxi driving, trying to leave the gang life too.

The pressure was so great that Cutlass stopped attacking NSC in sympathy for their once allies.
Kash planned a traditional brawl in the middle of the city since he knew Frank's ego would prevent him from quitting the war.
The street was lined with tens of men, looking like football hooligans. The brawl continued for many minutes, and it solidified mutual respect between the gangs. In order to decide the matter once and for all, Kash organised a battle between himself and Frink in the underground.

Both men engaged in vicious three-round bout.
Because it was so fierce, Kash dropped Frank in the second round igniting the crowd.
Kash also took the lead in the last round until Frank interrupted the contest and stated that he was having trouble concentrating, likely as a result of the injuries he had received during the previous knockdown.
Kash let the round be restarted despite feeling tricked and knowing this would happen.
In a brawl that almost ended in death for the two, Kash was knocked down in the last seconds, giving Frank the victory.

Peace was made and both gang's continued their seperate ways.

Chapter 19 - Cutlass takeover Coalition Hill

Despite the gang's warnings, some new Cutlass members were selling cocaine on the iconic "Coalition Hill" while dressed in gang attire.
when the Coalition came to them requesting tax.
The Cutlass recruits adamantly declared that they would never pay the outrageous £50,000 tax.
When Kash received a call from Bravo regarding the situation, he agreed to meet them at the Arcade.
Coalition would ask for the identities of the Cutlass members who had refused to pay taxes, but Kash was unwilling to reveal information on his own squad and wasn't going to publicly diss his own comrades.
Kash informed Bravo that tax was never going to be paid because of the way he seemed to disrespect Kash.
As a result, Kash and a few other Cutlass members who were present at the time were gunned down and left outside the Arcade.
They were fortunately rescued by the LSPD and sent to the pillbox to recover.

Infuriated by the happenings, Kash gathered the men to plan attacks against the Coalition, which was going to be their most lucrative fight.

Having experienced several wars, the Cutlass squad was disciplined in the art of exerting pressure.
Anybody selling on that hill was at Cutlass' mercy. The gang would invade the enemy territory and tax people for hundreds of thousands of pounds at a time.
Drug dealers were being robbed all the time, which severely disrupted the Coalition's operations.

Chapter 20 - The Big Lick!

Cutlass members were lurking around the ranch listening in on Coalition talks as part of guerilla warfare and intelligence collecting missions.
A pivotal phase in the war occurred when Kash and a small group of Cutlass members concealed on the ranch and observed men leave a van unattended. The gang managed to rapidly lock pick the van and escape with one of the largest hauls of guns robbed in the city's history.

The truck contained more than five million pounds' worth of firearms and ammunition, which Cutlass promptly distributed for resale.
Cutlass had made enough! Millions of pounds were made within a few days and Kash fled to Jamaica to celebrate.

Chapter 21 - The Man The Myth!

Upon his return to the city, Kash assembled a skilled group of Cutlass robbers whom he would soon refer to as "The Stainerz."
They would target the cities' cutting and selling sites, concentrating on drug dealers. In a couple of days, ten kilos of cocaine were confiscated from drug dealers. Dealers have been disappearing frequently, and the "Stainerz" have never been identified.

Chapter 22 - Headache?

Remember that "no face, no case" is the game.
While the team was lurking around the city looking for victims to rob, they decided to hit some people who were standing outside the Prosperity Apartments.
A quick sweep of the block revealed no witnesses.
So no time was wasted in cramming a man and a woman into the back of a car to be yanked of their possessions.
However, it was discovered that they were members of NSC and The Coalition, so they were quickly executed and disposed of to avoid any unnecessary repercussions.

Later, Cutlass was approached by NSC, who complained about one of their members having a headache.
Kash and Bran'300 were puzzled by the statement and reminded them that we were not medically trained and could not assist in such circumstances.
Surprisingly, NSC refused to acknowledge this, instead launching an attack outside the Arcade.
A weeks-long war broke out, and every member of the NSC was hunted down by Cutlass at all hours of the day and night.
As a result, NSC apologised for implying Cutlass was the cause of the damn headache.

Chapter 23 - International Staining

Cutlass's elite robber team, dubbed "The Stainerz," had completed numerous robberies throughout the city and were looking for bigger opportunities.
The gang had already purchased hundreds of kilos of uncut cocaine from various gangs throughout the city and decided it was time to eliminate the middleman.
After collecting information on how the uncut product was produced and imported, "The Stainerz" took trips to Island Cayo Perico.
Armed and ready, the team intercepted numerous packages, resulting in massive profits from now-free uncut cocaine.

Chapter 24 - Not Guilty, R6 Scammers.

JD, a former problem gambler, was in the red.
He made the decision to put up a scam where he would pretend to sell an R6 to some unsuspecting buyer in order to get some quick cash back.
A man by the name of "Fraiser" fell for a tweedle advertisement selling the R6; after getting more than £600,000, JD swiftly left the area without giving over any documents to the vehicle.
Fraiser would take the matter to court, which would be a crucial turning point for Cutlass as they would understand the foundations of the legal system with regard to scamming. With the assistance of attorney "Mick Mack," JD was found not guilty. The new information was later used by him and other Gang members to execute increasingly successful con operations.

Chapter 25 - Extortion.

XV5FZ7N.png

Strapped for cash and looking to grow Cutlasses power, they hatched a plan to begin extorting local businesses. Fortunately, there was a popular mechanic shop named "Autocare" just around the corner from the Arcade, so in typical Cutlass fashion, they would gather and make their way to the shop, armed and dangerous. Initially, it was hoped that the overwhelming presence would persuade the employees to pay the "Street Contribution," but they refused, resulting in an employee being shot on the spot in a brutal execution. Again, They hoped that this move would have sent a clear message to both owners and employees that Cutlass are serious.

It was uncommon for this to happen in the city at the time, so the owner "Frank" didn't know how to react, and instead of paying Cutlass, he called on "Marabunta" because a number of them worked at the shop as mechanics. This culminated in Frank and Marabunta heading down to the Arcade War ready to argue what had happened earlier and refuse to pay the demanded Cutlass "Contribution". Cutlass, obliviously sensed this coming and set up several members around the area.

Kash made a comical error during the talk outside the Arcade when attempting to direct a trained Cutlass sniper to kill the Autocare owner; he delivered that exact message to the intended target, resulting in a shootout in which numerous members were dropped on both sides. This resulted in a long-lasting brutal conflict between Marabunta and Cutlass.
