Birchieboy (Action: Ban Issued 19/10/2014)

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Birchieboy(plays under the name of Luke aswell i believe) and Greg
 
Time & Date this happened: 10-08-2014 at about 10:20 AM
 
Description of what happened: We set up a trap at the coke dealer after our friend got harassed at the coke processor. After engaging the 2 players die and we sell their product, after about 10 minutes one of them shows up as a bounty hunter, trying to revenge us, we take him down get him revived and ziptie him, than the second player who died shows up and tazes one of us he than later dissapears and birchieboy asks if we can kill him because he has to go to college. after that they both logout.
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I contacted him a while after it happened when i joined the police force a few days later but i was quite bussy and didn't got a clear response or story.

Short list of events:
about: 2:00-2,:30 First firefight both players die.
             7:30 Birchieboy respawns, Greg dc's 
             8:40 i see a player, i check and its Birchieboy
             13:00 Birchieboy starts shooting at me but i have a 0 bounty so no taze
             14:20 Birchieboy dies again
----------
         Second recording shows: birchieboy getting revived/ziptied, Greg showing up and tazing one of us.

For a start i didnt know that u arnt allowed to be in the same area for 15 mins i have recently read the rules and accept that was wrong however u did not get harmed by that and actually gained more money, and secondly badass ziptied me and couldnt unrestain me so i couldnt log out so i got him to shoot me then logged as it was a glitch in the game. Im sorry for breaking nlr but i was unaware.

Apart from not knowing you could not enter the area for 15 minutes you metagamed us like hell, you couldn't know it was us after you died, apart from that you looked for revenge on us. I did not gain any money from it apart selling your coke. 

About the combat log, i can understand the situation, altough i saw you break rules before i assumed it was "just another" combat log.

Apart from that, you should ask for a compensation request for these situations.

I do indeed believe that NLR was broken on your side as I killed two of your supposed teammates at the dealer as my teammates vehicle was stolen. I then recall seeing at least 3 of you with birchie. All within the time frame of the above listed events.

In conclusion, I personally believe both parties here have made a mistake here of breaking the NLR.

yes i have admitted that what i did was wrong as i didnt know the rules then and also we didnt go for revenge we went to get the bounty hunter stuff and saw 2 hemmt's outside the drug dealer.

Its clear to me that despite being in profit after the ordeal this still concerns you enough to post about it. I assume you are Greg, i did not talk to you only to birchieboy i have to admit. Now i never post anything but this was quite annoying so i found it worthy posting ( also because i noticed birchieboy combat log later on aswell)I didn't care about the money it was more because you waved a gun at my friend earlier at the coke processor. But that aside, just roleplay it next time instead of insta taze and dont seek revenge bud.

Aside from the revenge i believe you actually made it to 15 mimutes before showing up with a spam of taze. But i respect your apology.

I did not participate in the last combat and i actually did not log off i just went afk for something irl.(i actually kept using the hemmet as it should be in your garage now, got shot later that day by SI neo wich impounded it if i am correct) But that aside, it was clear revenge, i had 0 bounty and still you kept shooting at me in the hemmet, also with zero roleplay.

I have apologised for what i have done as i now know that it is wrong i did not mean to break the rules. But i kmow i have i really enjoy playing om this server and if i get banned it would be a shame however i know i have broken the rules and all i can do now is apologise and promise it wont happen again.
