Totally agree, this is in a direct violation of the public order act of 1986 which the police are here to uphold.  Their language in public places is a cause of undue distress and is an arrestable offence in itself

+1 the hospital gowns are so annoying and ruin immersion so much, no way would a hospital discharge you in a gown, if possible you could check out the same way you check in and get your clothes back if possible

Could wearing a bag increase your character carry capacity, it could maybe incur a speed penalty or something if its full so its balanced.
