Although you have multiple ban reasons attached to this ban, Combat Logging (C2.3) being one of them means your unban appeal has a minimum 1 month cooldown attached to it. Therefore, you are unable to appeal your ban until 01/10/2022. Until that point, this unban appeal will be denied.

Combat Logging Bans have a minimum mandatory cooldown of 1 month after the ban was placed before an appeal can be considered.  Therefore, you can only appeal this ban from 10/10/2022 and no sooner.  Denied. P.s: Your stories don't match.
