In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i got banned for combat logging

Why should we unban you ?: i think you should unban me because i made a mistake on combat logging and i have learnt from my mistake and it will never happen again.i allways play most days and ive made alot of friends on the server and i create alot of roleplay situations so i think im be more than reasonable to let me back,i allways stick to the rules but one time i messed up and it will not happen again thankyou

What was the reason you decided to break the rules and combat log from the situation?

hi mate 

i have learnt from my mistake because i truely dont like any other server and while ive been banned ive been in situation's in other citys were the rules been broken has been on the other foot and i genuily understand how frustrating it is,plus been banned has made me respect why rules shouldnt be broken and i will not break anymore rules hand on my heart

Whilst I understand you wish to return we would need the above answered, What was the reason you decided to break the rules and combat log from the situation?

As I've said above these we're just the starting questions for your appeal since they we're in relation to this one rule overall, Could you answer this for us please. 

 
tbh mate i clearly didnt take the rules as serious that i should of done and combat logged when i was getting dumped,just a genuine mistake what wont happen again buddy other than that ive stuck to all rules and engaged in alot of the city roleplay 

 
From your words of the situation you we're being dumped, I'll assume roleplay was still happening so why would you think it would be acceptable to do such a thing regardless of the outcome of the situation?

i dont think its acceptable now at the time i just didnt realise because ive never broke a rule before that so didnt realise the seriousness of the rp server.

 
So I've had a look and the reason I did ask is because I knew the outcome and wanted to see if you would be honest with us, Now this isn't the case now is it. 

August 9th, You we're shot via a shotgun and you decided to log out,
August 10th, You we're stabbed. Both times you combat logged from the situation, Can you explain this?

 
ill be honest mate i really dont rember them sittutions but like i said i didnt realise the seriousness off the server untill ive come into be banned so now i know whats right and whats wrong 

 
So it takes us to give you a permanent ban to realise this type of behaviour wouldn't of been allowed? 

Looking over your appeal thus far it doesn't fill me with confidence to even offer you a chance. I'll give you a chance to convince us to provide this chance, Since there is more we will be going into however just from the combat logging it doesn't look good. 

 
how can i confince you then mate im not too good with my words lol,but seriously if you give me a chance i will not break a other rule and littlerly im gunna go legit way this time no crime or stupidness 

 
Well how you attempt to convince us would be your choice, However is something that needs to be done. 

I'll move on with other things you have done prior to being banned. Explain to me what you believe we have an ooc chat for in game?

 
you have ooc chat in game is  for out of character chat,and i know your gunna say ive asked to be revive through it before but all i can say about that is that your server was the first rp server i played and right now ive been on a few and ive learnt like what is wrong and what is right and i know now ooc is stricly for out of character not for in game speach.like i say mate my first server i played and i didnt realise how serious the rules are and whats right or wrong buddy thanks 

 
Somewhat you've got it, However ooc chat is there for players who need help overall not to have a full blown conversation. Now it would be no surprise that I've seen your ooc messages and the reason I bring it up is your own conduct within it. Do you think it's acceptable to be abusive towards others within the community via ooc chat?

i do rember excauly the time when i spawned dead and  i was asking for help and peploe was saying too me i had to get help within the city but they was been a bit arsey so i was been a bit of a div but ova than that i dont think its execptble at all to give abuse or even use ooc for the reason i tried to use it for

 
I am going to be honest with you mate, your answers and to be fair, you initial unban appeal show little to no effort and if I am being completely honest with you it makes me think you just don't really care.

An unban appeal is YOUR chance to prove to members of our senior staff team that you actually want to be here, you actually want to be a positive addition to our community. 

As it currently stands, you're giving the bare minimum in terms of your responses to questions raised by Stuart and you're giving us no reason to actually believe that you want to be here. 

Therefore, after consulting with other members of our staff team we have decided that as of right this moment, it appears as if you don't care. I, in one response to you, have put more effort into your appeal than you have in 7 responses. 

We're going to go ahead and deny this appeal and put an appeal cooldown of 1 week in order for you to actually take the time and think and decide whether you want to actually be apart of our community. 

If you do, I encourage you to submit another appeal, this time, try putting a bit of effort into your appeal. Make it seem like you actually want to be here.
