Description of what happened: Me and my friends Two and Seven found Zack and his friend Ameer at the Oil Field south of Agios in two HEMMT Boxes, we pulled up and proceeded to rob them, and I had a chat to them whilst Two lockpicked their trucks. After we lockpicked the trucks, Seven was kicked for high ping, so me and Two drove the trucks to the Chop Shop, after I shot both of them to try and prevent them following us as the Chop Shop is quite close. Two arrived first, a few seconds later when i arrived, Ameer plowed into the side of me in another HEMMT Box, which he had liberated from Two after breaking NLR (of which i have no proof), causing the three of us to die. Zack, who ran infront of the truck, then down the side of Ameer's when it blew up, respaned in Agios, returned, and was shot by Two, after being asked to leave, well within the NLR timer.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Ameer only: 3A) VDM (see video) Zack and Ameer: 5C) Seeking revenge(I have no proof of this) and 5) Breaking NLR
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, i asked Zack and Ameer to hop on teamspeak to resolve this, they refused, then Ameer proceeded to insult me and my gang, calling us A Wannabee gang (I agree we are new and small, but its not for him to say that, and calling us Retarded.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
Note to admins: I have only condensed this into one report as all the incidents witht the two of them happened at the same time, my recording covers both

#2 Never flipt truck

#3, Yes I did come back to try and talk to them OOC but they instead shot me. They said I vdmed in side wich I didn't so I wanted to come back and explain. They got exited for more "Evidence" and decided to kill me as soon as I get there to speak. Unarmed and all. and post it as "Evidence"

#4 You were very uncooperative yourself, instead os asking nicely you started a battle in side. We didn't want to join your Ts as you were acting rudly, repeatedly demanding we come on TS. I would join if you said "Can we please solve this on TS?" You instead acted rudly and your friend did too, demanding TS, and telling that you all recorded it all so we get fucked if we don't come on. Unfortunately I didn't think that was a attitude that wanted to solve it.

Apologies, saw the fact your death co-incided with the explosion as you being the driver of the truck, on further inspection, Ameer is the driver, i shall edit the post immediately. The video shows you run infront of my truck (the first one) then to the side of Ameer's truck which then explodes killing the two of you. I shall edit the post to include Ameer.

 
You did not get hit in the video. You were running in front of the truck. Then you ran to the side of ameers who was ramming us 

 
I'd just like to say a couple of things to defend me (Ameer) and my friend (Zack).

The following proof that you posted has evidence for only 1 rule broken, an NLR rule broken by my friend Zack. But get this man! Zack was outside of the truck after the explosion was caused! Zack was outside of the truck before the explosion was cause! Matter of fact, Zack hadn't entered his truck since you robbed us!!! You guys use false evidence to try and frame us, which is not only wrong but also just plain weak. Not only that, get this, the parts that you didn't record (With what I have to state is amazing quality) are the part where a friend of mine kills 1 of your members, gets killed by another and then you guys call RDM, I would just like to say that I did insult you but was told off by an admin and apologized, and I did not want to cooperate and handle things in the TeamSpeak due to the sole fact that I knew this was a false report from the beginning, and that there was no way to resolve this with you until you realized your evidence was flawed and were told off by admins

Thanks to your editing skills I didn't. You still try to ram me, which results in me having to run away and blowing up

I think you should check your evidence before posting a BR, I feel that it is very rude to try and ban someone with false footage. Not only to me but the admins too. Even creating a screenshot saying it was me who VDMED. shame on you.

Ameer That kill you speak of by your friend was clearly RDM and a breach of NLR, as you were unable to tell him where we were going when you were dead. I do not possess the evidence to prove this, so i am letting it slide. The Admin told us off for trying to resolve this with you over idea as you refused to come on teamspeak.   

I will now take more screenshots from the footage and mark the interesting bits with red markers

I cannt answer for desync, but its not my judgement to make.

Well I did, but you just shoot me as soon as I came to the area, not giving me a chance to speak to you guys.

And I belive that the admin may have said theres no reason to try to get us on TS, becouse you were very rude before that. I too didn't think TS was a good reason as you clearly only wanted to shout at us instead of solving it. As I see from what you demanded from us to come on TS. I even said that I will join as soon as you treat us with respect in side chat. But your friend "Two" responded with an angry message telling us how fucked we are, how they recorded it from three angles all the time and that we have no choice but to come on TS. 

For me it only seemed like you wanted to us to come on TS so you can say your tried!

My Friend, you know that radio you told me not to use back at the oil field and you turned your back to check on my Hemt? Yeah, I used it, the minute you did't  have any guns pointed at me, I used it, of course, you failed to understand, and quite frankly, that's fine, now the whole issue with the truck? That was full dysnc, and not VDM, 

I'm done fighting your incorrect battle, let the admin decide

Yes, Im fine with getting banned if its legit. Im not fine with them saying we are fucked in side etc, acting rudly. Blaming me for VDM I did not commit and killing me when I wanted to solve what they said I vdmed which I didn't. They killed me and took a picture of me dead on the floor. Maybe I for one don't like spamming side.

Just to Clarify, I do still understand that it is breaking NLR even if it was with good heart and will take full responsibility for that.  I do apologize and will join TS in the future as it seems like a better option.

You better note that this has been edited hevily after I called him on lying, so has the YT video.
