Yellow pages

Brief Summary:
Something for the future not right now, but something that could go towards the Quality of Life of the server is  having a place to advertise business like Yellow pages in which local business can try and push and gain business allowing for more ways for RP to take place. Could add it into the Mobile interface with NHS and LSPD and other things.

Alternative Implementation: As you can now create multiple Twitter accounts, you are able to advertise for your business in what we feel is a more modern alternative to the classic yellow pages.
