I am very sorry for this but I did not understand this rule very well. Also i tried to talk to him but he did not answer any of my questions when i asked and would not negotiate with me fully. 

 
Also i do not have the gear it disappeared after restart but i was going to drop it anyway because i had realised it was wrong. I even apologised. He was not going to get his gear back because there was 2 minutes until restart.

 
1. Your question was: "Do you believe people should get a second chance". That had nothing to do with the issue. I answered all of your questions, until you stated that my comments were retarded, I had no life, it was just a game and after you said: I don't care if I get banned, then i'll go outside, I saw you were going off-topic and that it didn't go anywhere.

2. Everytime you try to loot dead people, a message appears that says that it is not allowed. A bit hard to miss this and to not understand this line of text.

3. It's not about the gear back here, and I might have gotten it back because my friends called the police and they outgunned your group greatly. You can't look into the future.

4.When I first asked in side chat, I got no response. Only when one of my friends got your name, you responded, but only after several minutes after the incident had happened.
