Description of what happened: So Newbold found a guy doing weed in Kavala i showed up in my Heli. but then he was robbed by Roberto , he started telling Newbold to tell the Pilot to fuck off , the only way he could know it was one of Newbold's gang member is using the Tidal key , after i took couple shots at his truck boxer , in my eyes he crashed , then Newbold started following him on foot , ended up Newbold killing Roberto , then i tried to get Roberto on TS to resolve some things , but his pure ignorance of keep stating it was RDM , and we should be banned made me put this post up , because there was no way he could know about me being part of EXP (only the tags in my ingame name).
 
So again why i post this is just the pure ignorance on Roberto's side , we are a mature comunnity and if something happens we try to resolve things , but no , he start typing Newbold , RDM , and i tried to resolve thing but he wouldnt give a damn about coming into our TS channel and resolve things.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes , but not to mention the rudeness and ignorance , he wasnt bothered with talking about it.

I just made an educated guess it was EXP , and mature you say ? , all you did was having a angry attitude and threating to report do you call that mature ? you say i was using tilde-key , using tilde key is allowed when someone is breaking rules or you think someone is , i never said your name or anything in-game so that i was meta-gaming is wrong.

i asked you as you se in the video if the guy at the roof that was shooting at me was with you and you said no 3 times , and suddendly hes starting to shoot at me , ofcourse i need to find out who is trying to RDM me. And also you used Radio communcation when you had your hands up thats against the rules.

landing your heli on top of post office is not breaking any rules , shooting you since you robbed my friend is not breaking a rule , even though its not RDM if he says is he with you and he says no , doesnt mean im RDMing you it means he is lying to you , i have asked you nicely a couple of times to come to EXP lobby you didnt want that and kept going about RDM , at that moment i lost myself and was really really pissed off.

Im not replying on any further comment since i'll be raging and being salty.

Sorry but i think this is Altis Life, so you need to have a reason to do Things, and as much as i know my friend Roberto made a Good job. 

Its the Life dude, Players get robed all the time, and thats the way to have fun. 

Iam not saying that if we rob people we will have ,many fun and thats the point of the game, iam just saying that until we get a decent weapon and show to other people that your a BADASS they wont do nothing.

Now you said he is not with you and he DIDN'T kill you now did he? He told you to run.
