Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Alright, first off. I know this video seems sketchy; (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyFZpWIgex4). But there's an explanation to this incident. Basically, at the end of the video, I was robbing a guy, and I had him at gun point, and I didn't notice that the orange truck pulled over, but when I looked to my side, I saw a guy with a gun, pointing towards me, so I took action to protect myself from getting killed. I shot him, and then stole his vehicle, because I heard sirens and had to get out of there. Why I think I deserve a final chance is because I'm a mature player, I do enjoy this server, and I've gotten some friends in this server over the past 2-3 weeks I've been apart of the community. And I promise you that this was a misunderstanding from my side that I shot him, I also apologized to him afterwards when he started complaining in the sidechat, but I said it wasn't much for me to do. And I wasn't able to share my side of the story until now, because of I've been busy with exams in real life, so I haven't got the time to check it before I tried to connect today, and I was banned.



Also the guy in the video who was shot told me that his gun was out when he exited the vehicle, but obviously he tried to help the guy, as you heard in the beginning of the video '' Put your hands up ''. So he obviously knew it was a robbery in progress, so he went out, approached me with the gun. He didn't put it away, so I really didn't have much chance but to protect myself from that guy. But I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

What do you have to say about telling them you did it because someone has done it to you before?

I would also like to see what evidence @DankDebo has as per your report.

 
Ouh i remember this dude, he RDM`ed me straight after restart. complyed to hes robbery, he knocked me down in the end of it,he ran about 10 meters away from my position, when i woke up from the " knocking" my avatar did the "gun holstering" animation while i was unarmed, and this guy shot me in the head while i was on the ground. he RDM`ed several people inside the 20minutes after restart..i try to find the screenshots we took when he was running around kavala with hes rook blazeing,and i think my friend @ has recordings on him aswell..he is the guy ho is getting robbed in this video

The only recording I got of him was when he robbed me and shot the poor Arac for no reason.

I deleted the video after I saw that one guy already made a report on him with the exact same evidence, I don't think a different angle would change anything.

In my defense I was robbing you, and I processed it in a roleplay matter. You guys started running around, and then suddenly 2 more of you gathered up around me, what was I supposed to do? Let you kill me? No, I knocked you all out to get control over the situation after repeatedly shouting '' Get down! ''.

Untrue because you've got no evidence, I think if you actually had evidence you would contribute with it on the report on me. But apparently you didn't. We've got the evidence in the video that I indeed did shoot the guy, but honestly. What would you do in a situation where you robbed someone, and a guy in some orange truck pulls over, and approaches you with a gun?

I bet that if the guy killed me, it would have been no action taken. Because then he ''defended'' the guy I robbed. And look in the video, he clearly knows what's going on, because you can hear me saying '' Put your hands up'', and ''Get down''. So obviously he knew it was a robbery going on.

And trust me, I am terribly sorry about this inconvenience, I shall become less trigger happy. And I promise that this was just a one-time mistake that won't repeat in further roleplay on this server.

Me and Cletus almost play together when we are on the Server i was also there when this happend , sadly i dont have evidence , but i told Cletus : "there is a guys with a gun approaching watch out" . , TBH when i look at the footage he had enough time to holster his gun , i complete understand why cletus took the shot.

a guy with orange uniform and orange truck " Arac " approaches, maybe he had hes gun rdy to defend himself from a crazy hobo with Rook ? yeah its untrue cause we dont have evidence, cause you are the one ho is trying to get unbanned, from breaking several server rules.. i was playing with different name at that time when you came up to me straight after restart i was [LE] grandpa..

but i let this breeze and let admins decide will they unban you or not.

 
Though still DankDebo , if it was a whole other scenario but the same reason , you are robbing a store and someone runs in with a gun in his hand what would you do?

 
I am tentatively going to approve this however I have seen this type of player before who will argue tooth and nail that they were not in the wrong and I have a feeling that we will be seeing you again on the report a player forum.
