Time & Date this happened: 09/09/2014 (Afternoon roughly)
 
Description of what happened: I was attending to Kavala safezone after shots were fired with several other units, they restrained a person called william who was wanted on several accounts of murder (possibly an RDM'er but without evidence). On both occasions they restrained him he combat logged, I just happened to be in the right scene at the right time to be able to use Raptr.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Nope, he combat logged on two occasions.

Funny enough I also have proof of this guy combatlogging earlier. He did it twice that day that I saw. One time after he died and one time after getting a 100k ticket by the police. As seen in the pictures I will post.
