Our biggest issue with you.... You keep leaving...My biggest issue with the police?
They keep on blacklisting me..

To be honest, I totally agree here. I often find myself suppressed with doubting my actions, and think being slightly chilled, but not reckless, could be very good advice to many members of the police force.Break a police rule? Do it smartly. Chose where you are when you break it and be sure you trust who you're with.
Dont be scared to think that " I can't shoot that rebels tyres as I MIGHT be breaking a police rule" just familiarise yourself with the police rules and 8/10 times you wouldn't have even broken it anyway. Have confidence in yourself and your own actions otherwise no one will ever progress. Police punishments are nothing compared with server rules.. They can verbally warn you, give you some lines on the PNC.. put you down a few ranks for X amount of times and make you resit tests.. sure they can remove you and if they've had to do that, you're not as smart as you thought.
Think you might be breaking a server rule? Really think hard. Can I do that as a rebel? UNMC? Can I do it as a cop? If it makes sense to do it and you are sure it's not a rule break, then do it! If you're in serious doubt, don't.
The issue is much deeper than that though...My biggest issue:
you just ignore people 75% of the time with weapons and dont do your job.
maybe if we could actually put those guns in our bags?it doesn't fit in my bag!
There are cars, and is a 7.62 really needed in the middle of Kavala?maybe if we could actually put those guns in our bags?
cars are op, have a car in gz and just keep your weapons in there? out of reach frome everyone else to rob? There are cars, and is a 7.62 really needed in the middle of Kavala?
There are times where i have just spawned in and i'm running to the garage with my 7.62 on my back. There are times where it is not possible to hide it. In response to the OP. My biggest issue with the police is that the focus on roleplay is drifting to an ever lower standard. As a rebel it is near impossible to RP your way out of something, im not saying all rebels RP is good and I have been guilty of the "friend in the area scenario", it seems like most of the lower ranks want to just arrest you or remove your weapon and the higher ranks/ AR just want to kill. There are cars, and is a 7.62 really needed in the middle of Kavala?
I think you mean SI Curley [CO406]The biggest problem with the police force is that there is only one @DI CFI Curley
Infinite gear:
The Police have no value for items in game, they get given everything for free and get a fairly decent wage which just racks up as they dont typically spend it on anything (I know some cops buy things like defibs etc and help dying citizens and that doesn't go un-noticed) so they just rush into battle with no value for their lives at all and once they die they just re-spawn, re-gear and rush back into battle to start again and some gun fights such as HM or gang raids which go on for sometimes over an hour the same cops are coming back fully geared with no repercussions at all, I understand rebels may do this or re gear and go somewhere else where the gun fight may later resume, but for rebels they actually lose something and most rebels buy what they can at the time afford weather its a 6.5, a Mk18 or a weapon from Daves so they're losing value, cops don't they might get a telling off from a higher up but thats all, I feel cops to some extent should have to buy guns over a certain calibre from the money they get via patrolling which would be easily feasible.
Lawless state:
From what I've essentially been told recently by higher up cops is that cops can use what ever guns or vehicles they want even if they are scrap on site vehicles so long as they have a purpose no matter what it is and this is just a form of corruption and defeats the whole purpose of everything as before mentioned and if this is coming from the top then the shit will essentially just roll down hill and those joining the force will start with this mentality.
Baiting for gun fights:
I'm seeing this happen pretty much every time I go onto the server, cops are surrounding gangs of players who have done nothing and just driving around them in circles not saying anything or doing anything with their friends very very clearly setting up in the distances before anything has even been done until a rebel will initiate on them because he will have gotten to the stage where hes had enough then a gun fight kicks off which can go on forever, its pointless and limits roleplay if you're that eager to shoot or get shot then just go play on a death match server.
Not as if we can just hop down to Asda and buy some more members...Well, there always will be criticising and it will never go away! If you think you have fixed the problem you will piss of another percent of people! I think right now, the Police cannot really improve although I have one suggestion: GET MORE MEMBERS!
Tbh I usually don't hide my weapons away in my car if they don't fit in my bag just because of how often I've been kicked off with my gun being in a car. It's not always about being able to win against the police either, some of us still do it even when we have no friends onlineThe issue is much deeper than that though...
Rebels know they can wave their guns about and easily outgun the police, so they do it. They don't care about roleplay, just shoot them if they try and take it off them. None of this "hiding your gun" bullshit, that's too difficult, it doesn't fit in my bag!
I'd much rather ignore it than get some "high quality roleplay" off some rebel gang
Same applied to trucks with drugs at the drug dealer
