Whats in a gang base

I'm thinking about buying one with my friends but we are unsure what it comes with. Could someone tell me what is in the building like buying options and stuff thanks

rebel clothing store (same as black market clothes) for 5 mill i think , weapon store (all pistols TRGs SDARs and Mk 20s) for 15 mill and then a helli spawn point for 5 mill

no the shop works the same as any other, just you accsess it trough windows key when inside the base, you still need to pay
