What upgrades should i do?

I would change the mobo for a Z97 chipset as they were designed for the Haswell-Refresh 4xxx series of CPUs The H81 chipset while it /may/ be compatible, you might need to update the bios on the board to recognise the CPU, Z97 chipset eliminates that hassle.

You should add in an after-market CPU cooler such as a CoolerMaster 212 Evo, Noctua DH15 or BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro for air cooling, you can go for a Corsair All-in-One liquid cooler (though these can be noiser than air coolers and dont always provide more cooling power), or an all-out custom water loop if you're prepared to put the work in.

I suggest you get some form of Solid State Disk, either a 2.5" ssd for your games, or if you pick a mobo that supports it, NVME M.2 SSD drives are all the rage now, offering higher read/writes, but at higher cost.

Your PSU should be okay at 430W but you might be running close to the ceiling. If you're thinking you might want to overclock slightly, or add a more powerful GPU down the line, you should consider going for a 600-750W PSU 90+ gold/platinum if you can. 

 
@Zeitothanks for your comments and tbh i had not really researched it much as i knew you guys would probly know more than me. I am thinking about closed loop water cooling but it just scares me the fact that i might not know if the pump failes.

if you do go closed loop, I could recommend corsair h105, have previously recommended and people have been very happy with it, make sure it's the 105 not the 100

Sorry by closed loop do you mean a closed system like the corsair All-in-ones? Because technically all water cooling should be a closed loop, or a pump failure is the least of your worries ;)

I have the Corsair H80iGT which offers 120x240mm cooling area, but in a 120x120 package. It's a big thing, but it does the job well. I'd have gone for the H110i GTX, but my case is designed for air cooling, and didnt quite have the radiator space unfortunately.

Before buying any of the corsair coolers - check that it supports the Corsair Link functionality with USB - that way you can monitor the pump, coolant temp, rad temp, cpu temp etc. all from a little piece of software. You can also color-code the RGB LED in the logo to your case colours, plus set up 'events' such as for me - if my CPU or Rad remp goes over 70C, the RGB LED will turn bright red, instead of white. I think you can do the same for the pump Duty, so for oyu if pump duty fell below a % or whatever, you can change the LED color. I think you might be able to make it do more, but i didnt look at it too much.

@lionel how come the 105 over the 110i? I thought the 110i GTX was the newer iteration and should provide the functionality i described above ^

i ment like a corsair all in one :)  also that software does sound very usefull but i will have to see what i can afford.

When building mine and my housemates pc which have all the same internals except for GPU and cooler - I went for the Corsair AIO, and bought him the BeQuiet DarkRock (having used one previously in my old pc) and I will admit hands down, the bequiet is quieter, and I think a better performer cooling wise.

Both cost around the same, however I will state the Corsair is easier fit, the Bequiet is a big bastard piece of metal, it's very heavy and it's backplate and bolt design means it will take you and a mate to fit it, unless you have incredibly long arms, long neck, and are very dexterous.

If I had the choice between buying my cooler, or the bequiet - I would buy the BeQuiet cooler 2nd time round.

I have also installed the Noctua cooler in my old mates pc - also all the same internals as mine, except for GPU - and it's a little louder than the BeQuiet, but only marginally, and it provides the same kind of cooling. It is MUCH larger and was hard to fit in his case  with my big hands and it's compact size, but the mounting system was fairly easy to get your head around.

All 3 of our computers are:

Core i7 4790K, 8GB Corsair Vengeance Memory, Asus ROG Maximus Ranger VII motherboards.

With any cooler it is important to note the height of the cooler, the height of your desiered memory, the cooler height limit of your case.

I.e. The Noctua has a cut-out part of its cooler to fit Tall memory under. The Bequiet didnt have as much as it was a tight fit with the memory. The Corsair AIO cooler i chose bolts to the rear exhaust/intake on the case so clearance wasnt an issue. With the H105/110 just ensure your case has a 120x240 sized space for theradiator to go, and that if it's top mounted, there is sufficient clearance for the radiator depth before it will infringe on the top of the motherboard. If it's front-mounted, then just ensure the case again has sufficient space and depth for it to fit so it doesnt infringe on the front disk bays.

Even the H100i has corsair link with LED stuff, assume anything after that will too. I'd just go with whatever's newest as long as it doesn't suck, corsair aio's generally just get better from what I've seen though.

 
Well considering what You whant To get but first i suggest You To get higher w psu like 700 or750 and get extra HDD (1T recomanded) and To be honest i not good with MotherBoards  and Well the Other stuff look Legit

P.s. the reason of updrading the PSU its in Casey You could like To get extra stuff and well 400 W its abit low

And what about Cpu Cooler?

Il recomanded the croshair 110i Gtx extreme lequifld Cooler 

 
If you ask me I would definitely upgrade to a 16gb ram. and if you are thinking to overclock the cpu you will need a new cooler.
