What has happened to the voices

So recently when i'm rping with people i have noticed that the voices are not as good as they were i would love some information about what has happened to the voices as it is not very nice to listen to when rp'ng with someone its very bad i loved the voices were i don't know what has happened to them. 

Hope this gets fixed soon as i love to rp xD

I really hope so because it was a great asset when rping it is one of the  better qualities to have when rping with people but you don't really notice it when your rping but you do when its gone
