I'm just about to finish my degree in Environmental Science and will be starting my new Job as an environmental consultant specialising in Environmental management systems. In essence I will be consulting business on Environmental Best Practice and how to achieve cost savings through environmental efficiency. I've previously consulted the NHS on their environmental performance and implemented measures at a Hampshire hospital leading to £400,000 annual savings.
I'm also an expert Herpetologist (The study of Reptiles) and am an accredited agent of the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust (ARC) and have worked heavily in ecology so anyone interested in rare and protected native British wildlife, I'm your guy.
I've also been involved with research in Chernobyl and Fukushima Nuclear disaster exclusion zones and have made significant discoveries in re-mediating soil contaminated with radioactive isotopes.
Anyone interested in career in the environment or interested in studying science at university please feel free to drop me a message and I can gladly provide you with some top tips on getting jobs and doing well in the world of science!
