Which Server did this happen on: 1
 
Description of what happened: He was restrained, he shot a cop whilst restrained.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2D; using known exploits
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I sent him a message in game through the phone, no reply.  He also didnt speak during the interaction.

Finally somebody reported him. He's a well-known rule breaker. He RDM'd me earlier, and the guy lying dead on the ground was also one of his RDM'd victims, I guess.

@Haptesthai regardless of how annoying it is he got you too, please do not post on topics that do not concern you, unless you can provide further evidence for one of the two sides involved. Our rules clearly state that only a admin, the player being reported or people providing evidence can reply. Warning points can and will be issued to repeated offenders.
