I had the same issue, I moved all the files to a different hard drive then back again and it worked. This only helps if you have two hard drives.

I had the same issue, what I done was I deleted some of the shit I had on my ssd and tried to reinstall and it worked. Hope this helps

Yeah Well I just reinstalled Arma 3 and it seemed to work
