So, I have a number of questions:

- Are there any vehicles that are immune to spike strips?

- Is it possible to get an unarmed Hunter? If so, how?

- How the heck do you make Steel?

- What is the AAA?

- Where can I get better weapons and gear? Specifically 5.56mm or 7.62? As well as weapon accessories?

Also, how do you buy a house/property after buying the licence?

you walk into unlocked houses and pressing windows key . if nothing happens then the house cant be bought.

and you get weapons from blackmarket, rebel outpost, and dodgy daves,

Dodgy daves is the best but most expensive, rebel outpost is cheap ut unsafe, and blackmarket is like rebel outpost, cheap weapons but less risk
