Warningpoints on the forum

My question is more of a suggestion , but did it anyway posted here . Perhaps others can engage in that process . It may happen that you get a warning point on the forum. This is possible because you react somewhere where you can not respond or you say something wrong. The consequences of this are that you have a month of inactivity on the forum to post , and can not send private messages. The result is that you can not submit reports or compensation requests. The consequence is that you really no longer on the server can play , for RDM , VDM and bodyglitching still happens too much. I believe that such a severe penalty can only be given to serious offenses . Such as advertising , spam , threatening or insulting players.

There was someone in the past who had a warning point and someone RDM'd him, so he asked me to put the report up on his behalf. So those with warning points and have been the victims of rule breakers they can ask a member support to put it up on their behalf, as long as you have tried to resolve with the individual first of course

The warning point system is very simple.

7 days restriction for being an idiot, no negotiation.

Permanent suspension for advertising.

There really aren't many rules that apply to the forums, it's extremely rare that someone is warned outside of the member support section (reports, unbans etc) and when that does happen it's only really ever for toxic attitudes.

Why do we not post in the member support section? Because every single post there has to be carefully read and understood. The average report will take 5 minutes to read and up to 10 minutes of video to watch, with further time for coming to a decision. The more opinion and spam posts there are, the longer this takes.

Don't break the simple forum rules and you don't get warned, don't break a server rule and you don't get banned, don't walk in front of a bus and you don't get hit. Simple really.

It isn't that easy as you say. For an example,

My friend replyed on a RDM report against his gangmeber. He explained what happend and refers to a vid. Nothing more than that, Result a warningpoind, 1 month no posting or replying on the forum.

I repleid with a video, and the admin thought it has nothing to do with it. result a warningpoint of 1 month, etc., etc.

I know there has to be ruls, and also punnisments. But in both cases, the intentions where good. But both got punnished for a motnh, thats in my opinion to much. If you compaire it waith a guy that RDM't or VDM't they got banned, but can maken an apeal and the next day there fine....

(12.1) Common Sense, This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from the forums.

(12.2) Using a questionable avatar or signing up with a questionable name will result in a community ban.

(12.3) Creating threads with the intention to cause issues or drama will not be tolerated and may lead to warning points / ban issued

(12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not regarding you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction.

(12.5) Using status updates to talk about or discuss bans will first lead to a warning point then if that continues a second warning point with a 7 day posting restriction

They are simple rules. All you have to do is follow them.

@CiaranTho the rules are simple and people should just read them, this lad has a point. Restriction on the forum should restrict you from posting topics and replying to them, that is the punishment. But maybe we can let people with warningpoints still fill in support forms. It isn't something they post for fun or to reply to someone, it is their only way of reporting rulebreakers. And having them reported seems more important to me than punishing forum offenders. Maybe you can make this possible somehow? ^^

Also where are you people getting this one month term from? The punishment is seven days, only to be extended for extreme rude behaviour or stupidity or repeating your offence.
