I'm formally announcing my candidacy for mayor.

I don't want to actually do anything as mayor, but the office seems a nice place to chill out and I'm looking forward to embezzling tax funds.

A fish market seems to be a popular demand, and I'm supposed to make some empty promises... so I'll also open a fish market at the mayor's office, where I'll pay you for fish with embezzled taxpayer funds.

That's pretty much it.
