Description of what happened:
Me and my buddy louis were doing some processing and this guy shoots me and then louis.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I asked him to reimburse me and my friend but he refused with the motivation that WE would have shot him on sight. 
 
 
While I had no evidence, he admitted to shooting us on sight in PMs. Unfortunately I couldn´t screenshot with my keyboard, but luckily i had my handy cellphone. Sorry for the cellphone-pic-of-computer-screen quality.

I have no pictures of the messages I sent him but every single one was basically "you broke the rules, reimburse us or you will be reported".
 
The helicopter he talks about is some NLR rule breakage from the guy in the helicopter which occured before I arrived on the scene. Louis and the guy (Shane maybe?) resolved it.
 
Edit: the pics are in non chronological order. They got mixed up and I cant remember the order except for that the forum one is last.

I'd just like to post to defend myself. The man in the helicopter was my friend and when you engaged (and blew up his helicopter) while I was watching that in my eyes, counted as an RP Initiation. When your friend ran up to where I was taking cover with his weapon drawn I seized the opportunity to kill both him and yourself.
 
I would've tried to RP with you, had your RP not been so disgraceful as to shoot a helicopter out of the sky when you told the pilot to put his hands up with the rotors running only metres away after only a few seconds. 
 
I am sorry for my angry remarks with your messages to me, however English is not my first language and I was angry at the time.
 
You also asked for 2m in comp which was absolutely ridiculous considering the weed price had deflated since the server had been up for hours.
 
That does not count as rp engagement as far as I know, and you havnt mentionet that the guy in the helicopter was your friend before.

I demanded 300k, not a penny more.

The guy in the chopper broke the nlr which is why he was shot down. I was not present at the time, but I heard Louis resolved the issue with the guy (something you would probably know if he were your buddy). The guys you saw shooting the chopper were my clanmates who later died to physics/fire glitch from the helicopter wreck while looting bodies.

It seems like you are new to the server so I'll just leave this here for the admins to decide.
 
As I previously mentioned, I was angry and frustrated that you had just killed my friend with terrible RP. Only a few seconds after you told him to out his hands up (whilst inside the chopper).
 
I didn't see the need to entertain your ridiculous compensation request as I had acted within the server rules. 
 
I'm sorry if you feel as though I should've acted in a more RP related circumstance, but that's the way it is. When you rob and murder people, expect their friends to retaliate in a hostile manner.
 
Hoping next time will be better.
 
My friend breaking NLR. Does not give you the right to RDM him or kill him with poor RP, that in itself is a banable offense.

I didnt shoot your friend, I wasnt even present at the time of the shooting. Even if I would have you would have to announce yourself first.

However your motivation for shooting me in your messages wasn't that he was your buddy but that you were scared that we would shoot you on sight, something I can assure would not happen (although I would have robbed you most probably). I'm beginning to suspect that you fabricated this story about the chopperguy being your friend, just like you lied about the sum I requested in compensation.

You RDMd me and Louis. You admitted to shooting us without RP both in the messages you sent me and right here in the thread.

I'm done arguing here, let's let the admins decide on this.

 
Volodymyr we asked for 300k ... you and your friend failRP'D to my friend blacksalami 5 minutes before the events... he asked you to get out of your orca and you tried to take off and he killed you... you and your friend then came back before NLR ended so we asked him to get out... he failed so we killed him the explosion wasnt intended but he took off and his crash caused it.five minutes later you engaged with out a word. for you to then not only break NLR but to also Rdm both me and my friend while we proccessed weed is against the rules as RP couldnt have been initiated as neither you or your friend should have been there. furthermore you Blatently LIE on the forums. we asked for 300 k which was barely the comp you owed us considering my gun  was worth 150k his about 60k and the weed about 150k

I did not break NLR as I wasn't killed for at least an hour previous to this event.
 
May I add that this has turned into a childish your word vs my word story where you have absolutely no evidence and are crying because you were killed. 
 
You deleted part of the forum report process, but I'll add it in here for your future understanding.
 
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
You have absolute no ground to base your false accusations, or your terrible attitude both in game, and the lies you have made on the forum.
 
You have your friends coming into the thread also breaking the report a player rules.
 
This report is a joke, and therefore I will no longer be wasting my time arguing over spilled wine with an infant.

We have no video, altough he admitted to shooting us on sight in his texts, I suppose you can move this to reject.

 
We have no video evidence :/ however surely him saying he killed us because we where fully armed suggests RDM. He cant attack us 20 minute after we killed his 'friend' and call it RP. However i appreciate the admins cant act on this without stonewall proof. Apologies for the lack of evidence
