Im not sure if anyone eles is having the same problem but when there is a large ammount of people in one locations the voice chat seems to just Alt-F4 itself.

@SI Corrie Healy we have made changes to the VOIP in the recent update. If you are still finding this is an issue please do feedback.
This is a byproduct of many people in your target list in a single location (Legion square at peak times etc)
Latest voip stuff should have dramatically helped with this.
If you find it happening frequently, post another bug report and we will look at zoning the city.
