@HarleyRose is the Head Chair-person of the city council, she is heading to the city hall, from her manor in palaeto bay, to sign off on a new firearms act to allow police additional stop and search powers in the fight against firearms and violence.
She has pissed off a russian arms dealer who is rewarding well for her capture to the evac point

Event Prizes
Should Harley successfully be kidnapped and taken to the Russian Arms Dealer who Harley has upset, the Arms Dealer has said he will be rewarding anyone who can bring Harley to him alive. 
( Information about the Russian Arms Dealer will be tweeted once the event has started )

In all seriousness well done to all, seen a lot of coordination from all sides of the server, even if people didn't get their own way they helped with the enjoyment of the others, remember you should never be out to always win a scenario
