Verifying my cache - argh!

I cannot seem to play this game unless I verify the cache on steam. Either the game hangs/freezes in the midst of joining the server, or throws up a serious error.

Every time.

Anyone else have this problem - and is it an Arma 3 issue or a Altis Life mod issue?

Have you tried Mr Eagle's fix for game crashes in the forum post ?
