Vehicle Tracking

Right now only the owner can track the vehicle, make it so that anyone with the keys can track it. It will add to the value of the tracker if you share vehicles with other people.

The reason I didn't do this is since if someone "steals" the keys from you then they'd instantly be able to tell that you have a tracker installed.

Can it be done so the person pulling out the vehicle can track it? I also don't mind the robber to track it if he manages to get keys.

I understand that there might be some technical difficulties or server balance to consider.
