Quick description of what happened: I have robbed one house in Syrta and I have filled multiple vehicles with weapons. Then I moved with my Tempest to Neochori to store the weapons but my black offroad full of weapons which was hidden near Syrta disappeared.

Sounds like you robbed an Ex-UNMC House, I doubt you're going to get comp the guns are free from the the UNMC vendor and leaving them in a vehicle in the middle of nowhere is your own risk.

But they were not stolen from the vehicle the vehicle has jsut disappeared by itself and I have lost keys to it. I have asked mentor about it and it is possible. And after restart my vehicle was back in garage.

If a vehicle despawns by itself, you lose the keys & It might not even be in the garage anymore till the next restart(this might have something to do with the sync inventory option - If used or not, I'm not sure). It's a common thing, that vehicles despawn by itself, If left alone somewhere(empty trunk or not) & you distance yourself from it.

I was cop. I left the police force, but I still have tags. Yes WILDMAN, exactly this happened to me with the offroad.

impounded.
