Description of what happened:
3 minutes ish for the Attempt to kill me, (think he ran out of bullets) with no RP or compliance from him (this was during the load scene when i was messing with Graphics, Ultimately not the best place to mess with them i know but i was getting Frame drops all over the place forgot i had done a full reinstall and everything was ultra)
About 5:30 for Running me over on his Quad as i'm repairing mine and then attempting to rob me with no RP.
i had nothing on me as he already robbed me 3 minutes before but i said "Hes got a gun but i don't think he knows how to use it" So i initiated RP with him so im not reporting the first incident that you see in the video
He's been a pest in Athira for the half hour i was on, Killing with no RP (RDMing) Using Text chat to tell people to drop items like bags but i have no evidence of this
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He's ignored other players in Side chat and Messages sent to him ingame so no
