Description of what happened: After a explosion a few civs were down. when i started reviving Lukey30 found it needed to drive over them.
He's tire broke and he slammed in the wall. he then jumpt out and run away.
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM / Greenzone
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he run away
