Description of what happened: I was driving away from oil trader, went to over take him, then he slammed my truck, I cm to a halt, he then drove his truck into mine trying to flip it (witch he nearly did) witch damaged his truck and popped 5 of his6 wheels, I then got out of my car and asked him to get out as I wanted to get insurance, he completely egnored rp attempt, and instead ran me over at 2mph as he only had one tyre on a tempest truck, I then pulled out my pistol and told him to get out the truck, he ran me over again, and again , and again, and continued doing so for 10 mins, then a friend of mine  (littlejack) who was also at the oil trader turned up, he parked on the side of the road and this person just drove straight into him and then when jack shot out his last tyre he ran over me and jack, I asked multiple times for him to get out and talk, I put my gun away, he just completely egnored me and kept running me over.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:vdm, plus absolutely no rp at all, just tried to run me over
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:tried to speak to him in ts in the presence of @connall , but he just shouted at me, said I was trying to rob him (witch is no exscuse to brake rp) then told me he had a video and he was going to upload it, I have waited 40 mins to see it just incase he was desyncing or something but as yet to see anything.
the incident ran for so long that I do not have a recording as I have a 20 mins slot and it has over lapped, but he shouted at me atleast six times in the teamspeak channel with multiple mentors there that he had it.
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here: my shadow play only records one 20 min file and deletes old one and incident went on for a while so I have no usable evidence , but he said he has the whole thing recorded
 
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

This is the weirdest incident ever. This guy had a failed robbery going on and Im being the one reported. I include a long video because it will show your friend in the oil trader, hanging out. So we were at the same spots earlier, everyone was being friendly, but both of us probably knew that after oil trader, we were going to have alot of cash on us. Anyway, going to put my money in bank i crashed into him, but you can look on the video that i didnt mean to. Also see other cars i avoided.. after all i was on the way to atm.

Then he follows me and start shooting at me and yelling for me to get out. I refuse to get out of my bulletproof veichle and just try to go away. Im 100% positive that they are going to rob me. Try to contact police many times without action or response. I also refuse to go out to be robbed or killed so I hang in there. 

So after all this, I lost 270K and a tempest, and my life. You stole my tempest, so you gained something, i lost all. Yet you report ME. Your rp wasnt the best either, ill admit mine wasnt too, we both sucked here. But the way I see this is that you fucked everything up for me.

 
we are on a roleplaying server, you crashed into me, I wanted to get insurance , you completely egnore, I didn't want to shoot or kill you , hence why all my shots were at the tyres, saw you at oil field, saw you at  oil pros and I saw you at trader and all the time I was armed, didn't rob you, infact I was friendly, if I was going to rob you then rp wise I would state ''get out the car your being robbed'' but I didn't want to harm you , just wanted role play

 
Mate you can quite clearly hear me saying o ain't gonna rob you, can you prove I was going to rob you? , not arguing with you on a report , let admin decide, don't want either of us to get a ban as I know how much its sucks, but you haven't once even tried to say like '' sorry for crashing into you'' or ''my bad'' instead you have just called me a liar , shouted at me I'm team speak, talked over me and basically just not tried to resolve the situation at all,let's not message again now pal, leave it to the admins
