i know it's not much i want to be compensated for, but for someone with less than a million and no time to play 24/7 it's very annoying when this occurs every time i'm in kavala

After reviewing the video, it's obvious this was a dangerous driver who caused an auto crash, and not an intentional VDM. I would classify this as an auto crash, and a valid death.
