VDM and Stolen Vehicle (Refused)

I lost 1x Offroad.

Hi, I'm new to the server so sorry if I make any mistakes in this report.

This incident occurred on server 2 at around 21:05 UK time.

I came on yesterday and bought a car, when I went to unlock the car some guy was standing around nearby and as I unlocked the car a grey hatchback ran me over in the green zone. His friend who was standing by got in my car and they both drove off. 

So I was VDM'ed by one guy and another guy stole my car due to the VDM. This all happened in the greenzone.

I also have a witness. But neither of us can remember the names of anyone involved.

Do you guys need any more information from me and will I be able to recover my stolen vehicle?

Just to let you know and make you feel abit better your vehicle should be back in the garage after the restart unless it was either chop shopped or scrapped.
