upload videos on tweedle

this is completely pointless but I was discussing a new thing me and my friends could do in the city and we thought of an idea and to grow and popularise our idea I thought of making it known on tweedle but for the idea it would be practical to have a video instead of a message / picture. Not even sure it is possible to make this change but it would be quite cool to see videos of people doing interesting things uploaded instead of just photos.

i was thinking it would with gangs killing other gangs and recording it but i feel like besides that it would be quite cool
